IVF strain on relationship - will arguments affect implantation chances?
But I calmed myself down quite quickly and did some

. I do worry about the effects of it all physically on implantation. Back to work tomorrow - hoping its an easy day

So because I'm also trying to do the January YWA I dressed in my gym kit when i got up and when I'd finished the

I love exercising and mostly enjoy it -

Oooops, I did it again
Despite feeling easier than
yoga
in some ways - it’s less intense and there is flow, rather than held poses - I felt (and heard, boy, did I hear) the stretch, and I felt very zen at the end. So much so I went out and ran for 30 minutes! Whoop whoop!

Tired weak hips when walking - is it still Pmr

Benefit of coherent breathing
I have a wonderful Qigong teacher who also runs
Yoga
classes. She introduced me to Qigong’s 6 healing sounds about 6 months ago and Coherent Breathing 3 months ago. I started practicing Qigong’s 6 healing sounds which is quite complex and I had to learn this myself.

Am I ok to use CBD and 100mcg of Levothyroxine together?
Recent bloods were TSH 4.540 Free thyroxine 20.4 Free T3 4.8 Reasoning behind me want to use CBD is because I suffer with a bit of anxiety which is manageable by therapy and exercise etc but I would like to use it in the night time to aid with just relaxing the mind and doing a bit of

Update
I left it a couple of days and then ran 5k which I did find hard, especially in my legs but I did run my fastest 5k to date at just over 31 minutes I will be keeping to my usual activities this week which is a mixture of swimming, running and

Nrc 10k plan run 4
I'd had a struggle with YWA
yoga
today so was pleased to do something which looked easy and positive. It was cold with the tiniest amount of rain in the air but I thought 20 minutes had to be doable and it was. Now feeling ready for something harder.

nerve damage
X-ray is normal ware and tear but not causing the pain as I’m very flexible from
