Pegasys dosage question
What I weigh is the balance between wanting my platelets to come down, but also wanting to feel well enough to do all of the things which are good for me like hiking swimming
yoga
etc. these things keep me feeling fairly healthy and sane.

Yoga
with Adrienne's CENTER, and a variety of exercise for each day of Red January have impacted greatly. Even when I felt at my lowest, I have done my squat and ankle raise routine with teeth cleaning, indoor walking and a mad dance session once or twice.

CATCH- up- CORNER... JANUARY WEEK 3...Slip off your shoes...Come on in...
I have managed walks and
yoga
, though ! I have over the last few days felt twinges of envy. I know a fair few folk who. like me have had Covid and within a very short time are up and running with no issues. But, I realised very quickly also , that is them, and not me.

check in with you all-
I’ve had some success with doing weekly
yoga
, cbt therapy weekly, and an adult dance class once per week. I’ve tried to deep breathe when I feel dizzy/neausea/panicked.—it helps sometimes. BUT not always. It’s a learning process, I’m trying to remain calmer and give the breathing a chance to work.

Help for extreme pain in thighs and arms
BTW - I walk 2- 2.5 km daily, do 15 minutes of
yoga
stretches daily in the hopes of helping with the pain. Can long term prednisone use cause a dependence on the drug? Are there other drugs that would help instead of prednisone?

CATCH-UP CORNER...WEEK 3... Slip off your shoes, Come on in and sit a while. A WARM welcome for everyone !
On the positive side... my arm strength is improving and the Adriene
Yoga
challenge is still keeping me calm : ) I do know, though, that many of you are finding a way to run and keep to your plans. This is an odd time, a busy time.

life changes
I’m no longer smoking weed, doing
yoga
and lots of breathing exercises (actually got into diaphragmatic breathing 10/10 recommend having to focus on my breathing n if I’m doing it right tends to calm the anxiety 2x faster it even puts me to sleep to if do it in bed).

Why do people prey on sadness
And the worst is no matter what i try - therapy, meds, tea, chocolate, drawing,
yoga
, meditations, breathing, reading, sports, walks (sometimes i do all in the same night) nothing helps, only someone else giving me attention. I hate it.

The ringing is relentless!
I started
yoga
at the ripe old age of 50. It helps with balance. This will be my fourth year of going to classes (yeah, I took a big chunk of time off during the lockdown period). I can sink into a depression rather easily. Exercise helps to shift the melancholia. I also live in a place of beauty.
