ADAA Story of Triumph: My Journey With Anxiety
"I have received help through therapy,
yoga
, and support from my husband and friends. There are still days I hang my head in shame and feel the stigma society has cast upon me and so many others."

Sleep, diet,
yoga
etc. Dr Mesa is an expert here. (NAC supplement is discussed in this context in many posts on the forum) ASH 2022: RuxoPeg. Trail on this combo, maybe we'll have FDA approved access to it some day. Current trials pay more attn to symptoms. --

Pain management - any good resources?
. - "
yoga
breathing" is working well for me to help with ms symptoms (like when my bladder is acting up. - 1 or 2 glasses of wine can ease up the occasional ms pain in my leg. - getting my head busy like "painting, reading..." sometimes makes me forget about pain - meditation.

New Diet Plan is Helping
I was able to go for walks and do
yoga
/Pilates. May was the same and by then I had stopped taking codeine and mefanamic acid altogether. In June I took one ibuprofen when needed but I haven’t called in sick to work since April and no A and E trips.

PMR Flare up after Covid?
I was doing really well with
yoga
practice daily and even did the Cancer Research run 56 miles in February challenge without it seems any damaging consequences.

Help/advice for the fatigue that comes with pain.
I've tried acupuncture, physical therapy, manual therapy,
yoga
, injections, every pain medication in the book, vitamins. I don't really know what else there is to do... I guess mostly I'm having trouble with energy.

Painful calves
Hi I’ve been having pain on my lower calves & ive been told it’s my Achilles’ tendon or my top body is misaligned & they recommend
yoga
stretches. It’s due to repetitive running which have been doing for years. Will seeking a professional help me & roughly how long for? Or any other useful tips?

Reducing Stress With Diaphragmatic Breathing - exhaling through a straw ?
I’m seeking out meditation and
yoga
practices and am starting at the very beginning of breathing correctly. As silly as this may be, I can not figure out diaphragmatic breathing. Does anyone else find this difficult?

Pride goeth before
that I could dig in with my right foot and get the knee off those bligafriggin' nut pieces, drag that uncooperative left leg up until I had two hands and two feet on the ground, my rear in the air...and Molly decided to come over and see if I wanted to play since I was in a resemblance of downward dog

I listened so you don't have to
Today I thought I'd listen to NRC's 'Running &
Yoga
' guided run. I told my husband he could go on ahead and come back to me when he was ready, then I put BBC6 on and started the run. I was actually a bit disappointed by it, just the running coach and a
yoga
coach chatting for 25 minutes.
