I generally function ok but get a lot of muscle aches /pains ;( although it might be pushing my

Waking feeling tense since change of B12
I'm too wired to relax into a meditation or

nidra. I'm waking at 5am every day and it's exhausting. I have struggled with my sleep for years. The 5am isn't anything new but this buzzy stressy tension is.

incorrect dose of prednisolone?
The mild shoulder/arm pain is there each day and makes things like Chair
yoga
and seated qi gong restricting. My legs get tired every day and I have had some days of them feeling wobbly, even though they aren’t. And sometimes the fatigue is pretty awful.

on holiday and a hard lesson learned with this disease.
I intend to drop back down to 4mg week 3 of our holiday as we’re cruising back to the UK, so plenty of time to recover,

, Pilates, massage, spa etc . I then plan to follow the dead slow taper once I’ve recovered from the holiday 🤞 Any thoughts welcome

6 MONTH PMR UPDATE
Hoping to use alternative means such as weight reduction,

, exercise and chiropractor to assist. Last resort would be steroid shots. I have imaging to state I have moderate to severe spinal degeneration in the lumbar--> sacral region. I have an appointment with my PCM in a few weeks.
