IC-Knees: I think this is my favourite Pilates-for-knees session!
P.s. and what do you know, after a 5 day focus on knees with daily Pilates or
Yoga
sessions, my knee has stopped hurting, so tomorrow I might try and go back to Day 1 of JuJu’s Magic Plan!

CR6: Venturing-afield run
My
yoga
teacher now gives out the guidance that tree pose is not meant to about stress and frustration, which I think is for me; and I’m definitely happier now I do it without fretting about and straining ‘to balance’. But I deviate.

Hey folks 😊 I've had about 5 - 6 weeks where I haven't gone out a run, I've still been active in that time walking and doing
yoga
. Prior to this I'd been running for about a year or so a few times a week.

Workout: Back to Foundational Pilates
This is kind of a bit like Adriene’s foundational poses ( https://yogawithadriene.com/foundations-
yoga
/ ) but with Rachel and for Pilates. 🗒She goes through basic lying poses and 3 - 4 movements.

One week, three runs 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻+🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻+🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻
And I’m just loving these workshops, which are all nicely in tune with my interests in
yoga
, mindful running and meditation. We’re reflecting on our own unique running styles and motivations for running.

My pelvic pain story: still on the journey to a diagnosis and feeling discouraged
It took my breath away in its intensity and forced me to stifle a cry or quickly find a place to sit down on more than one occasion… in a department store, on a bus, in a
yoga
class.

Who hates putting effort into themselves?!
I wondering how in an anxiety fit grabbing my
yoga
mat and heading out for a relaxing little moment outside will help? I’m wondering how no support will somehow equal support someday and how having no friends and continuing to have no friends will somehow equate to this full happy life.

Tried to do some
yoga
- impossible. Amazing how debilitating an injury can be. Called the physio. Appointment 5 days away. Saw the physio. Drove the car. Back where I started. Lockdown - booked another appointment. Another 5 days but a home visit - hallelujah!

'Be Still, my Beating Heart'!
I'm guessing
yoga
would still be ok? Thanks all, really don't want to go to the Doc at the moment and I'm sure a rest should do it? 🙏

narrowing of the ACJ - acromioscapular Joint
I have started the Couch to 5k a month ago, but I find it hard, because I had to slow down due to my left shoulder hurting and lack of my
yoga
, swimming and tai chi practice. It is amazing how we lose our shape and strength when we stop our physical activities.
