Finished week 2 of magic plan and now for some compulsory rest
But, I have had some calf pain and began a religious programme of stretching - it feels better after a run /
yoga
/stretches so I think this is the right approach. But rest was coming for me as now have a blasted cold and am doing nothing!!

Struggling to accept my T
I’ve taken up regular meditation and

but nothing seems to help. It started in my left ear following a viral infection which was a constant boiler noise which changed to a hissing/high pitched ringing.

Few things which I tried & it’s helpful - - meditation &

- exercise - already lost 5kg - bath during sleep - tracked my health with health tracking and all seems well. The harshest reality is I know that am alright & my brain needs some love, care & compassion.

My solution for RL
These
yoga
exercise have a lot in common with the exercises Liebster und Bracht show. In yinyoga you keep a position for at least 2 minutes to get into the deeper tissues. So I looked for the legsstretching positions in
yoga
like downward dog, boat, dangling, etc and made my own routine.

A consistent cycle
I go home feeling like shit, but when I'm alone in my room, no triggers, I'm able to meditate and do
yoga
. This makes me feel okay-not great, just okay-long enough to take care of responsibilities like cat litter and homework.

2 months now of dark clouds
I used to be energetic person, running and doing
yoga
. Had a panic attack 2 months ago and since then life is not the same. I'm single and have a supportive family and friends. Lost weight, gone is the face I used to have- now dark spots around my eyes, tired and sad yes due to lack of sleep.

Week 3 done!
So just walked a couple of days now completed week 3 feeling good, pacing myself much better and really happy with how it’s all going been doing a walk afterward to warm down and a couple of
yoga
hip stretches after and no more hip niggles happy days!

Doing well........... And then..........
Took my trainers off and did a
yoga
pose where you stick your leg right behind you. OUCH........ I caught my toenail on the metal between the door. Oh my god...... I have ripped my toenail in half 😭😭. Super annoyed with myself now as I won't be able to run for 2 weeks.

Me again 😊
Now 3 years later I am me again , I love life and I love being me , don’t get me wrong I have bad days sometimes but I am off all meds and I get through them with mindfulness , deep breathing ,
yoga
and exercise reading the cbt therapy that I had done during that time helps too .

Back pain update
Now I wait and try to strengthen my core by walking and practicing
yoga
. I was given Celebrex and took it once but it really didn't help any more than Ibuprofen. I also have a very low dose of a muscle relaxer that I only take when I start to have muscle spasms.

60 miles in September for Cancer Research - Day 10
Everything is fine, a few nice warm baths and daily evening
yoga
is doing the trick. Plus I have a 10 day run streak!! My thoughts on it are, if me running two miles a day can help raise money to stop others going through some of the pain we have as a family, then it’s a small thing to do.
