How does
yoga
help PD? Not complaining, I look forward to Friday
Yoga
all week. I see how PD-boxing helps and I see how Tai Chi helps but how does painful bending help?

yoga for all
I've mentioned before, I go to Hartford Health in Mystic, CT for Botox, Tai Chi, PD boxing and
Yoga
. But for
yoga
sometimes I'm the only person in the room. That bothered me because there had been acupuncture in the past and it somehow disappeared.

is yoga ok?
I’ve been going to
Yoga
and Pilates classes for a number of years, both of which I feel have helped with a back issue and have kept me fit and very active at 67, I’m loath to give up big have read that I shouldn’t be doing
yoga
with glaucoma.

CHANGING-ROOM CHAT...Road Show... May 1st... Come on In and GREET THE DAY
-you-either-do-or-you-dont I am not a fanatical
Yoga
-ist, but I have used and have felt, incredible benefit from some of the
yoga
I have done... and my wake-up routine as many of you know, is a
yoga
based, early morning wake up from YWA. Reading the blurb on the Calendar for this month.

yoga poses with stents
Prior to this I was attending 1hr Vinyasa
Yoga
classes twice a week for 2 years. After an initial 6 week break when I returned home from hospital, I’ve been going to
yoga
once a week. However I’m getting conflicting advice about what poses I can & can’t do.

Newbie question re exercise
I do
yoga
in the mornings (adapted cos some of the moves are simply impossible) and it feels as if the
yoga
actually loosens up the painful muscles and joints, but I wonder if it's just a coincidence, because they would be loosening up anyway at that time of day.

For those of us who DO... and it all begins with a little LOVE !
I am here with my
yoga
mat today... it is sunny and warm-ish....there is currently not a cloud in the sky. Perfect for putting out this link to this month's

a beautiful practice
over the years I have done
yoga
in many different studios but it did very little for me. Before ptsd it was the key to my happiness, and after my body was too tense and stuck in fight or flight to let the postures in. This kind of
yoga
is what I need. Enjoy https://www.youtube.com/watch?

CHANGING ROOM CHAT...Well... You Either Do or You Don't !
So, intending to support

yoga
fans...:) I have been researching some simple, different
yoga
exercises. When we first think about
yoga
, it may all seem a tad overwhelming... odd names, odd poses and all a bit strange.

teacher and practice / teach
yoga
eight to 10 times a week for years.

PVCs at yoga
I'm an avid yogi but I don't do hot
yoga
anymore because I get all weird about my heart. So I haven't gone in a long time and decided to go with a work colleague. My PVCs really started acting up so I freaked out and left mid-class. It's honestly mostly my anxiety that triggers them.

Yoga after heart surgery
Follow up in two weeks I was a very active (59 year old)
yoga
teacher before this teaching hot
yoga
and arm balances as well as more general accessible and relaxing classes. Does anyone have experience of returning to
yoga
(teaching in particular) and time scales for this ?

Exercise following open heart surgery
I would particularly like to get back into
yoga
to build up my strength and suppleness. Has anyone had any experience of starting back to
yoga
classes around this post operative time frame?
