Acid reflux or something else? Feeling really down.
I also started doing exercise, corrected my posture, practicing
yoga
etc.. I would also do a 30 mins walk every morning. After two months, I lost few pounds and was feeling much better.

Home Holiday Running
A bit of rest and tea, and now off to do some outside
yoga
with hubby. A fabulous bank holiday. Having routes like these, an outdoor space to take my
yoga
mat, I feel I don’t need anything more and am more than happy making every day count, right here at Home. Happy “runny” bank holiday everyone!

Yogis: How do you take your practice outside?
Taking a
yoga
mat outside, how do you make sure it’s kept clean for inside practice? Do you have two mats, for instance or do you have a picnic blanket for under a
yoga
mat? Do you have a props bag? 6.

Upcoming running dates of interest?
On my list of options is: complete a gym treadmill run 😳; run with a new running app😃; run a new route😋) - In 30 days: International
Yoga
day 🧘🏼♂️ (Not quite sure yet what I want to happen on that day. Any ideas for suggestions? 💡💡💡) Anything interesting on your running calendar?

Some RLS experiences which might possibly be helpful in understanding the condition
One of these is
Yoga
-type stretches, which appear to allow the muscles to get rid of accumulated chemicals such as lactic acid, and therefore reduce sensation. For many years I successfully treated my RLS by getting out of bed and doing
yoga
, sometimes 3x per night.

Yoga - does it help you?
The overall dull ache in the pelvis is still there, but maybe just a bit less after the
yoga
. Does anyone else do
yoga
to try to help with
yoga
? And if yes, what does it feel like before & after?

Yogis: Do you shower before or after?
Ever since 1st of January, when I and hubby joined the daily
yoga
gang, we have adopted a nice pattern in the morning.

Running after hamstring injuries
I found that when I couldn't run i did
Yoga
to help stretch my tight upper legs and hips. I am back running short runs just 3K's and 5K's but all I can say is I feel so glad that I am back out enjoying the freedom of the run and the exhilleration of completing.

Over heating
I do
yoga
every day and walk/hike regularly. I’m 55 and went through the menopause 3 years ago. A few things still bother me - minor ones - I’m slim but I can’t seem to shift my belly weight and I suffer with bloating. My feet also hurt, I no longer seem to suffer with cold feet though.

Had donned my running gear this rainy morning but as my weather app suggested a clear few hours if I just would wait a bit, I decided to do my
yoga
in the morning (inside today) and once it hit 1pm, the weather cleared up. So out for a route I’d done only once before.

I've started therapy, and

W6R1 - In the bag!
I spent extra time on my stretches after the run and have started doing a half-hour of
yoga
every evening too. According to my fitness app, it says I went 4.06km today! Seems I may be on track for the elusive 5k! Good luck to everyone for your next run. We got this!

Back on meds... Why am I such a hypocrite? I'm gentle when supporting others but cruel, impatient and unloving with me.
I would really like to go to
yoga
classes but I'm broke and can't afford them right now.
