Gave up on run today
I stretch everyday and do
yoga
everyday too. I also do CrossFit style training and strength training on the days off from running. Iβve been running for about a year now but a lot of that had been on the treadmill. I completed the couch to 5k twice now and they were both outside.

Feeling determined!
I've managed to get a bout of bursitis in my knee...doing
yoga
of all things....I'm still overweight...( I'm working on it honestly!π)....I just turned 49π³, I'm just after restarting C25K for the third time.....I did graduate first time roundππββοΈ.

Soooooo, turns out I haven't been wimping out! **Warning, boring medical stuff**
I have chronic hayfever and sinuses on top of this, and the pollen has been insane in London the past few months, so all this was written off as that, and I took to doing my runs increasingly early in the morning, obsessively monitoring the Met Pollen forecast, doing

Where is the humanity?
When they wrong done, they dropped her off outside of her house in a t-shirt and

pants in subfreezing temp for 3 hours. Video was never found and felony cases were dropped due to "political pressure." He pleaded guilty to misdemeanor child endangerment .

Exhaustion and muscle pain
I did the usual things like

, baths, relaxation meditation etc. But I started to get the shakes, muscle pain and exhaustion when I went up the stairs or went for a jog (I was a runner at the time).

I am working on my strength, and using the exercises on the NHS website, I think I may start looking into
Yoga
/Pilates too to help. Anything that will aid my body in either limiting the damage I cause when running, or improving the healing. See you at the finish line!

Deltoids anyone?
No idea how I may have torn/wrenched/pulled it, I do some light
yoga
but don't do strenuous upper body work etc. Can't currently do the
yoga
due to discomfort. Appears swollen compared to the other arm.

to the rescue. 5 stone 10 only 5 ish to go until target. Next running target is to strengthen the legs to incorporate more gradients. Thanks NHS. Please can you tell me how to graduate? Chuffed π€£π
