Gas and Laxido?
I try
yoga
positions (but try those in a public toilet or in a train loo), peppermint, windeze, buscopan, everything; just started fennel.

How to ground/earth oneself effectively
In
yoga
, muladhara is our root chakra. This Sanskrit term translates to ‘Keeper of Beginnings.’ A useful entry point into Spring here in the Northern Hemisphere - to welcome new beginnings, we need to honour endings.

Pilates and Afib
Yoga
being the mostly referred as a particularly good exercise in Afib due to its regulatory effect on breath and destressing the body. I have been ablated for Afib and Tachycardia. Now five months past and my follow-on examination was good.

How to get into yoga?
I've read that a lot of people find things like
yoga
and tai chi helpful. How can I get into this? What resources do you use?

pregnancy imposter syndrome
I went to a pregnancy
yoga
class this week and couldn’t shake the imposter syndrome the whole time I was there. I think part of it was that a lot of woman were well into their third trimesters and I just look I’ve had too much cake.

CATCH-UP- CORNER...LAST FEW DAYS of JANUARY...Slip off your running shoes and come on in...Everybody Welcome!
I am so close to the end of Red January,
Yoga
with Adriene, CENTER and I have got two runs in! The runs were slow and very, very steady. What else? I took my own advice, I listened to my body and I took notice. I had three rest days between, my last run and today's run!.

Ouch!
Started taking thyroxine a week ago and all was fine until I did my
yoga
class on Thursday (2nd one back after the summer). I began aching on the way home and it got worse. The following day I was still really sore and even today, Sunday I’m still really aching.

Running away the cobwebs!
A short, slow jog home, a post run
yoga
stretch routine with Adriene and a bath, then I’m done. I really enjoyed this run and I’d definitely recommend it. It’s great to try out running with different effort and really satisfying to see that my legs do have more than one gear!

My perspective, My belief: its ok to be selfish when self wellbeing is concerned..!!
Yoga
poses. Perfect Ponytails. Etc.Etc.Etc.... Let that shit go. It's good if you're Altruistic. Empath. Conscientious. Selfless. But it's not at all acceptable to put your own peace of mind, wellbeing at risk.

CATCH-UP CORNER... MAY is nearly Out...Slip off the running shoes and come on in...
I have as ever kept the body moving, with gentle exercises,
yoga
and stretches. So, when I did set out I knew that my body was ready and still in shape. As I set out also, I started to think... yes, here I go again!
