My perspective, My belief: its ok to be selfish when self wellbeing is concerned..!!

If you have to force it, leave it. Relationships. Friendships. Perfect body shape. Perfect weight. Yoga poses.Perfect Ponytails. Etc.Etc.Etc....

Let that shit go.

It's good if you're Altruistic. Empath. Conscientious. Selfless.

But it's not at all acceptable to put your own peace of mind, wellbeing at risk.

It's your duty to save, take care of, keep intact your own wellbeing. Be selfish. It's not okay to make compromise with your own wellbeing .

Do whatever is required to protect yourself. It's perfectly fine to make this as thumb rule to preotect yourself:

Sometimes you just have to be done. Not mad. Not upset.

JUST DONE.
