This is a post to let you all know about what's taking place through Ovacome's Staying Connected programme next week - and to remind you all that you would be really welcome to join us. All these events are run online via Zoom. If anyone is unfamiliar with Zoom and would like support to get set up, we would be very happy to help - please just let us know.

Monday 14 November – Our London ovarian cancer support group, which is run in partnership with the Maggie’s Centre at Barts Hospital is running between 3:30-5pm. To learn more about these monthly meetings, please visit: ovacome.org.uk/event/london...

Tuesday 15 November – Our End of life matters support group are meeting between 12-1:30pm. This is a safe space for anyone who would like to talk about emotional and practical issues around end of life in a supportive way. More information is available here: ovacome.org.uk/event/end-of...

Wednesday 16 November – Our Stoma support group meet between 11am-12:30pm. This is a friendly environment for people who have a colostomy, ileostomy or urostomy because of ovarian cancer to speak with others in similar circumstances. Thursday 17 November - Join Ovacome for our brand new 5-week yoga and relaxation course, suitable for those affected by ovarian cancer. The class takes place between 10-11am, with further details available here: ovacome.org.uk/Event/5-week...

Friday 18 November – Our Friday afternoon tea and chat group will be meeting between 1:30-3:30pm. These weekly sessions provide an opportunity to speak to others living with ovarian cancer, whether to talk through anything that's on your mind, ask for advice, or just to have a chat.
