Not sure what this is about yet, just started C25K. I’m turning my lifestyle around with yoga, exercise, healthy food and meditation. I hope to learn a lot and be with others on a similar journey

Hi, I recently started a low-carb diet due to some health issues. I also started exercising for 20 minutes as soon as I get up in the morning Mon thru Friday, and started qigong which I love. I am also trying meditation and journaling. I hope to learn a lot from this group.

hi Dalia, nice to meet you. I too am engaging in all those things. Qigong my favourite, a 30 day yoga challenge this month, meditation and journaling every day. Diet to improve and exercise (run & row & cycle) when I have time. It’s beginning to pay off I think. Be good to share experiences in a few weeks if you have time 😊
