I had to stop runnng for last 6 days due to sciatica pain. I am really down with misery. Gp dont help, painkillers are not helpful. Now trying streches and yoga. Please share if yoy know any tips to get back to running, my friends.

That is tough.
Take a rest and continue your stretching and see if that alone helps. It is always sensible not to change too many things at any one time, otherwise it can be difficult to identify what is working.
Did you have this before you started running?
I always think it is unwise to mask pain with drugs, just to enable you to run, but if you require them for daily function then they become virtually unavoidable.
Can you get a recommendation locally for a physio/chiropractor or similar as they may have a different approach?
I sympathise hugely and wish you all the best in recovery. Many of these sorts of issues can be overcome.

I had a trapped sciatic nerve and a fellow runner gave me this link. I had the first decent night's sleep in five weeks after using these... but, we are all very different so do, please go steadily...
No advice or tips I'm afraid but I have a bucket full of empathy here. After my parkrun on Saturday, my knees have been giving me jip so I'm on the IC too. It's so frustrating (but necessary) 😞
