I realised only once having come back from work that it was national fitness day. So what to do? Jump on the rower? Roll out my yoga mat? Go for one of those quick seven minutes runs, just before dinner?
hmmmm..,.. Not quite sure yet.

There seems to be a day for everything doesn't there ?
I knew nothing about National Fitness Day until seeing your post so my contribution is limited to some yoga stretches first thing and some physio exercises but I have done 25, 899 steps so far and still have another dog walk to do yet 😊
oh, I did know about this but then forgot again 🤣 I wasn’t very active today but the nursery children enjoyed crawling through a tunnel, jumping over cones and climbing up steps to the slide!
