Through laughter and tears
I'm doing 20-30 minutes of
yoga
or pilates everyday; I'm mediating; there's an occasional extra nighttime
yoga
or mediation; and I'm doing my back/hamstring exercises - at least 20 minutes, once or twice a day. When I did last night's exercises I FELT them.

covid recovery
Unable to work, grow/pick and only manage the most restful of
yoga
poses. It feels a bit like my unmedicated hypothyroid state of 2 years back. Hubby right as rain… me not recovering. I just wanted to know if any of this is familiar? How much is hypothyroid related and how much is Covid?

Hello!
I had always been athletic and in recent years started my own
yoga
business but lifting was something I never really invested my time in. Lifting heavy weights made me feel strong, not just physically but emotionally. Fast forward to present day.... here I am on the other side.

Using the Exi and Well-being Way
I find the information a bit patronising, and honestly I’m never going to ride a bike, do an exercise class or
yoga
. I don’t like doing things I’m not good at and getting a virtual badge, doesn’t really do it for me.

Latest results appear normal but not feeling so
I am still walking and swimming, with a tad of stretching
yoga
. I haven’t mentioned this to dr but I must make an appointment as dr has suggested via message that I am responding well and don’t need to be tested again for six months and can remain on this dose.

Can't stop burping. Lump in throat. No other symptoms.
Yoga
sometimes forces a burp that's so big, I think "that must be it," but there's always more. I can't associate it with any recent lifestyle changes, as it's not a recent thing. It's been going on for years.

January 2024 Quest Week 4 - whatever the weather!!
I did manage to do a couple of the Nike Training Club workouts, great fun on a tiled floor with no
yoga
mat 😊. Oh well, I still have just over a week to get back to my goals though I have to confess the blustery breezes this morning were enough to put me off.

Just Starting our ADHD Journey
At home we got her a
yoga
swing for Christmas, and it's set up in the beam in our living room and she's in so many times a day. She has dance class 3 days a week, and is part of the competition team at our local Y. She also has swim, and we'll be starting softball soon.

I didn’t know if I’d be able to come back…..
Then I used a fitness app and did
yoga
3 to 5 times a week for 6 weeks and 4 weeks into that I started week 4 of C25km. I don’t know if I will get to 10km but I’m just so happy I’ve made it to 5km. All the best to everyone. Lindy

Suppressed TSH again!
I have more energy and I am able to exercise (cycling and
yoga
) and can spend all day gardening without feeling effects the next day. I feel like I'm gradually losing some of the weight I gained but still have more to go. My main questions: 1.

Could use some encouragement
I do
yoga
and meditate and have tons of support and I feel like I'm doing everything right and I'm exhausted from being so strong. I have no appetite, I'm forcing myself to eat. I am waking up at 5:30 am. Today I woke up sobbing and feel like I can't gwt out of bed.

Right hip and shoulder pain
I have had a relatively pain free reduction and have continued with
yoga
and kayaking. I am not sure if this pain is PMR pain being on to low dose. Hip pain is present all day and night with slight twinges in the left hip as well.

Muscular pain and sciatica
I can barely do
yoga
nowadays but try to exercise nevertheless. My oncogist says this isn't normal and advised blood tests for a rare condition. I find it hard to believe it isn't somehow associated with the cancer. He says it might disappear with treatment.

Reflections on a 10 day vipassana silent meditation residential
Noting too that meditation is a cornerstone of
yoga
. It’s 2014. I hear about the UK Vipassana meditation Dhamma centre from a guy I briefly dated.

Back on the road again
This morning I did 30 minutes of
yoga
and then the same 22 minutes, but this time 3 x 120 seconds. I feel better and easier than I did on Sunday. I have shaved, showered and then cooked for almost an hour and a half. It's 0850! I enjoyed the change to
yoga
this morning - first session in months!

A very grey, under caffeinated 8k!
Where I’d usually run before
yoga
is pancake flat. I thought I’d try the local deer park which is definitely hilly enough and drive to the leisure centre afterwards.
