Is it worth it?
I still go to the gym, do
yoga
, hike and walk my dog but even walking is starting to feel like I'm walking in sand and every step is hard to take. So, I'm asking, is it actually worth it?

Applying for retirement on medical grounds, wish me luck
Yoga
has been such a help. Talking things through helps massively and finally I have found my sports watch a complete Godsend.

Gym Circuits - good idea?
I have recently also tried to include pilates or
yoga
for stretching as well. However these classes have been cancelled and there is now a gym circuits class which I have done twice.

AN ALL NEW MAT: Sept Yoga and Pilates Mat
A short daily practice of
Yoga
or Mat Pilates is perfect to get some S&F into your day. And feel free to - as Adriene says - “find what feels good”, meaning if your knees feel too sensitive, amend that Child’s Pose.

I’m a perpetual dieter
I’ve got all clear to exercise and I’ve started the active 10 programme, joined a
yoga
class, it’s tough going as I’m soo heavy. So I need help to focus on losing this weight which is a strain in all my organs.

Just some happy thoughts
They brought him a
yoga
mat to relax on and a bowl of water along with our glasses of water. My friend and I had excellent food and my dog enjoyed his turkey muttloaf off the canine menu. It was very pleasant and fun just to try it. 3) it isnt as hot today.

Curious why GPs are so reticent to support B12 symptoms
strange symptoms last April ('buzzing' bottom extending to full leg, extreme fatigue, numbness in legs and no pain in arthritic knees suddenly, numbness in pelvic floor, hands and nostrils, pins and needles, hot/cold soles of feet, weakness esp in thigh muscles which appear to be wasting away despite

New and Needing Advice
They just tell you to do stretches, exercise,
yoga
, meditation, etc. That's it. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. No one has really fully explained fibromyalgia to me either or how it could be causing different symptoms. So I was hoping maybe I could get some advice here.

CHANGING ROOM CHAT.. MARCH WEEK ONE.
We had a chat going on, a while back, about
Yoga
... and got some really interesting observations and different perspectives. In the replies there and coincidentally, in posts and replies on our sister forums.. C25K and Bridge and Active have mentioned not just
Yoga
, but also.

I have more energy and I am able to exercise (cycling and
yoga
) and can spend all day gardening without feeling effects the next day. I feel like I'm gradually losing some of the weight I gained but still have more to go. My main questions: 1.

Hello
I'm new here, and relatively new to
yoga
. I don't have a routine, so I'd love some advice about how to do that. I have CFS/ME, asthma and sciatica which have necessitated my change of fitness plans (I used to walk, cycle and Zumba)

palpitations
It doesn't go away like....ever. antidepressants didn't make it go away, benzos didn't do anything, mindfulness, sport,
yoga
. Nothing seems to help. My heart rate is normal, it's just that I always feel the pulse super strongly in my neck. I don't know what to do about it.

Guidelines Recommend Mindfulness-Based Interventions for Anxiety and Depression During Cancer Treatment
The expert panel also noted that

may benefit patients with breast cancer to treat anxiety and depression. “We want to clarify that this does not mean
yoga
can only benefit women with breast cancer,” Linda E.

second time lucky ?
I have tried to be more active (
yoga
at least twice a week) and have a good diet with increased protein, low/no carb, sugar and alcohol. These changes have been for well over three months.

Does it sound like PMR?
I do Yin
Yoga
and som cross country skiing now. The rheumatologists in Norway, where I live, are conservative, so I need to bring with me some good arguments and descriptions of others experiences with PMR. I don’t even know if I have the energy to see yet another specialist now.

newly diagnosed with copd
Have only just got a bit better last week, attended
Yoga
, gym, hair appointment & podiatrist. Now last night I started streaming nose, unable to breathe through nose, loss of taste, poor sleep. I’m now feeling low & dreading going back to where I started in December.
