Curious why GPs are so reticent to support B12 symptoms
strange symptoms last April ('buzzing' bottom extending to full leg, extreme fatigue, numbness in legs and no pain in arthritic knees suddenly, numbness in pelvic floor, hands and nostrils, pins and needles, hot/cold soles of feet, weakness esp in thigh muscles which appear to be wasting away despite

CHANGING ROOM CHAT.. MARCH WEEK ONE.
We had a chat going on, a while back, about
Yoga
... and got some really interesting observations and different perspectives. In the replies there and coincidentally, in posts and replies on our sister forums.. C25K and Bridge and Active have mentioned not just
Yoga
, but also.

second time lucky ?
I have tried to be more active (
yoga
at least twice a week) and have a good diet with increased protein, low/no carb, sugar and alcohol. These changes have been for well over three months.

Week 6 run 2 done
It was fine, I enjoyed it and am back home in good time for a
yoga
lesson. I've missed a few of those in the last few weeks as well. Hoping to do week 6 run 3 on Friday.

Happy Holidays, and is your home morphing into a gym?
Two
yoga
mats always stand at the ready, a second to screen with an old PlayStation connects us to various workouts on YouTube. Some dumbbells are tidied away below a bench, that stands in front of the window, ready for any bench dips coming its way.

Do adrenals work like this?
After a
yoga
class I went for lunch with friends. We then went to do a bit of shopping, when my legs got a bit wobbly and my head felt woozy so I went back to the hotel. Had a sleep for an hour and felt terrible when I woke - like my inner systems were on a go slow.

S&F Catch-Up: have you noticed the improvement of one single pose?
In the early days, I could hardly grab my leg, and I can vaguely remember using a
yoga
belt to help, wrapping this extension to my hand around my leg. I progressed, and the belt has been gathering dusk in a
yoga
basket.

newly diagnosed with copd
Have only just got a bit better last week, attended
Yoga
, gym, hair appointment & podiatrist. Now last night I started streaming nose, unable to breathe through nose, loss of taste, poor sleep. I’m now feeling low & dreading going back to where I started in December.

How to nurture bone health
Yoga
asana and its weight bearing intelligence, builds healthier bones, measurably so by DEXA scan. We feel better when we feel stronger. Yes! Yin
yoga
is also brilliant for bone health as it rivers into joints, creating intelligent loading and healthy stress on them. Walking is one of the best!

Knee Pain
Excerise wise I walk daily and practice
yoga
.
Yoga
is always the same flow and it is both knees so I don't think that is the cause. Has anyone else experienced knee pain due to their osteoporosis?

Has anyone had success with a U.K. nutritionist, dietician or naturopathic doctor?
I exercise, listen to gut directed hynoptherapy, do stretching/
yoga
every day. I have tried live yogurt, kefir, probiotics etc but they made things worse. I am 50 now (perimenopause is definitely making things worse) and don’t wish to waste more years feeling like 💩.

Recovery and rehab
I’m trying everything,
yoga
, the physio exercises, YouTube. It’s a real pain and depressing since I’m normally a physical person, I box, ju-jitsu, regular gym goer. However this has stopped me in my tracks and I’m running out of ideas bar surgery which I hope to avoid!

Should I be worried about suppressed TSH
Presumably he is concerned with the risks of Osteoporosis, however, I am a fitness instructor and
Yoga
Teacher with a hobby of body building and between times also walk and Dance so weight bearing activity is way above average (I exercise for 3,000kcal most days). My last DEXA scan was normal.

A 20 minute reviving morning yoga practise
A
yoga
practise for you. Always listen to your body. Rest when needed. We learn through repetition. Setting the tone for the day ahead is a great habit to cultivate. It doesn't mean
yoga
every morning! As we develop our
yoga
practise, we come to udenstand that everything is

Is it worth it?
I still go to the gym, do
yoga
, hike and walk my dog but even walking is starting to feel like I'm walking in sand and every step is hard to take. So, I'm asking, is it actually worth it?

NRC 10k plan, run 3
I'm finding that the
yoga
seems to help with getting going at the start of a run. I suppose even though its a different sort of exercise I must be in some way warmed up. It was just so bright and beautiful after so many days of grey and rain. I just loved being outside and I like coach Cory too.

Does it sound like PMR?
I do Yin
Yoga
and som cross country skiing now. The rheumatologists in Norway, where I live, are conservative, so I need to bring with me some good arguments and descriptions of others experiences with PMR. I don’t even know if I have the energy to see yet another specialist now.

hi my friends! I’m not sure if I’m aloud to post this but I figured why not!
My friend/
yoga
instructor is chairman for an amazing cause for children with cancer called Camp Make a Dream! It provides kids/teens with cancer the opportunity to go to camp with other survivors to learn about friendship and staying positive during a hard time!
