I don’t find either of the two apps that the programme has generated really useful. It’s a bit over the top. Too many places to put info and I don’t really see thd point of an app that sends error messages much of the time.
I can only weigh once a week so why does it want you to do it everyday?
But it’s a better option than the cult of Simming World. .
I find the information a bit patronising, and honestly I’m never going to ride a bike, do an exercise class or yoga. I don’t like doing things I’m not good at and getting a virtual badge, doesn’t really do it for me.
I have been walking more but it’s a bit boring unless I actually have to go somewhere. But walking us better than no walking and surely cutting down on sweet snacks and more fruit and veg is improvement.
I already have the Active 10 app which suits me.
I enter the brisk minutes as exercise. It logs other walking and I have a wrist fitness tracker. Those two are enough for me.
