Incontinence - A major problem
I have had Parkinson's since the spring of 2014. I had my first major fall (any fall that requires a trip to the ER) in Oct. of 2018, and I have gone downhill since that night. The Parkinson's symptom that's keeping me from leading a normal life is a freezing gait, although I do have overall tightness

A question for anyone who built a red light therapy helmet/hat.
Hello. I’m interested in building a red light therapy hat. But I’m having trouble finding a source for 670nm and 810nm led strips. I was wondering if anyone who has built a hat using these specific wavelengths could share a link to where they purchased them. Thank you.

Bronchiectasis and weight loss
I have read up about how Bronch can cause
weight
loss
due to the lungs using up a lot of calories. It can cause muscle wastage, including in the lungs, making the lungs not work so well, possibly more chest infections and malnutrition.

A Miracle
Hi Everyone, It's been a while and I pray that everyone is one step closer to healing. I'm back to share good news and hopefully offer a glimpse of hope to others. My husband has recovered from PMR! This community was so helpful, encouraging and supportive that I had to come back and share. Moreover

Hey Y'all! My First Post Here
I've been looking for a good community to get involved with as far as
weight
loss
goes and this one seems awesome! At my biggest (8 years ago), I weighed 235 lbs (nearly 17 stone), but I managed to lose roughly 60 lbs and get down to 173lbs (12.5 stone).

BMI and "radical" endometriosis surgery
I've estimated that at my current
weight
loss
it'll be about 8-12 months until I am at the right BMI, then there will be waiting times etc when i am referred!

ADT therapy and breast enlargement
Expect to trim down back to my original weight just wondering if the boobs will reduce a little with some
weight
loss
and if I’m potentially going to make it worse with a nine month ADT treatment.

Infertility and Weight
We went to the Dr for support and they said that we meet all the criteria for IVF but as we have a BMI of over 30, they will not help us until we bring our BMI down :-( For me this is very hard as I have PCOS and other digestive issues which make
weight
loss
very challenging.

I reversed my liver disease and my T2 diabetes by losing 100 lb without
weight
loss
surgery. Just clean eating and exercise. Not going to lie though last night and today has been rough emotionally. I feel full of sadness.

Returning After Being Missing In Action !!
I couldn't put my finger on why, I haven't fallen off the
weight

wagon ( well, not completely), I feel positive and motivated and I have had enough time in the evening, even if it was a quick 10 minutes.

EP consult
The cardiologist I see is not able to provide medical management of my paroxysmal afib due to my low heart rate and low blood pressure (can't risk pushing either value lower), so I am hoping for an ablation. This morning, due to a cancellation, I was able to bring my initial EP consult forward by 1

Things, regimens, etc that are probably RLS worthless.
THINGS THAT DO NOT WORK FOR RLS All of us with RLS/PLMD have slightly different symptoms. We have tried various 'remedies' to try to relieve our RLS symptoms. We have read articles, some interesting, some ridiculous (bar of soap) that make amazing promises. And there is an entire array of things to

The combination of my Interstital lung disease worsening,
weight

,and a current flare of my Rheumatoid Athritis means that I am more sedentary than ever before. This means that my bottom is getting sore. I’ve searched online, prices appear to vary dramatically.

Weight loss, skin breakdown with burning pain
New skin issue. I have lost 39# since April, 2022. Trying very hard to eat adequate protein and get some form of exercise, though last couple weeks unable to walk much due to foot pain. Seeing podiatrist for that. Anyway, have had ckd symptoms this week with intake. Couldn't eat usual amount without
