Weight gain
Although I’m not on a strict
weight
loss
diet I do try to eat healthy meals. I have gained a stone since Christmas and still continue to gain a pound or 2 every week. My BMI is 29, so not obese but am conscious that I need to watch my weight.

I did the reading and learned
weight
loss
methodology. The gym is 20%, diet 80%. Remember that if you are trying. The gym's 20% is very important because it kills appetite, but those calories burned are not where the weight gets lost. It's diet. Whole wheat bread, brown rice.

hi everyone I started my
weight
loss
in December 2018. I weighed 16st 12lbs It was a shock so I stopped drinking alcohol, started watching what I eat and exercising. It’s been a slow journey with some long pauses but I’m back up and running now.

Sulfasalazine and loss of appetite
Hi, I was wondering if any users of sulfasalazine have experienced a
loss
of appetite and/or experienced
weight
loss
? I've been taking 2 grams daily (1 gram at night and one in the morning after food) since January.

Other rare diagnoses
I had cll-caused encephalitis in june of 2021. The doctor said by White blood cells went past my blood brain barrier. I was at about 149k wbc at the time. I had also been just diagnosed with a very rare form from sarcomatoid carcinoma of the bladder. Im not sure that they tested for autoimmune reasons

Latest results , advice appreciated
As to my symptoms, my energy levels aren't great at the moment, and
weight
loss
has completely stalled...once my t4 levels have reduced/stabilised, would it be worth looking at increasing my t3 dose a bit? Or could something else be effecting this?

Losing weight whilst tapering
I have had loads of tests and all coming back in normal range but the
weight
loss
continues to worry me along with the fact I seem to have lost muscle in my arms. My GP thinks my body is still trying to adjust and also my mental health (stress through the roof)is the culprit.

Here we go.......
I intend to keep this workout and watch portions and calories (cutting sugar and carbs) to combat
weight
gain, bone density and muscle
loss
. Having the SpaceOAR and fiducials placed on Thursday, simulation workup following week and likely start SBRT after Thanksgiving.

Efficacy of Once- Weekly semaglutide V/s Thrice Daily Insulin Aspart as Add-on to Metformin and Insulin Glargine in Type 2 Diabetes..
The semaglutide group on average experienced
weight
loss
, whereas the aspart group gained
weight
by the 1-year follow-up. * These findings suggest that weekly semaglutide improves HbA1c and is associated with
weight
loss
when compared with meal-time aspart in individuals on glargine and metformin.

test results query
So, I booked this blood test as recommend (prompted mostly as I truly believe I have developed symptoms akin to hypothyroidism, e.g.
weight
gain, headaches, hair
loss
, dry skin/mouth, abnormal exhaustion etc etc etc. - all stated to the GP when we were discussing booking this blood test recently).
