Fibre in the diet
The secondary problem is that I am trying to lose
weight
, I will go on to
weight
loss
plans and immediately they say you can't eat white bread, up your brown bread, porridge, yogurt, fruit, veg etc. This will all set me off.

Baracitinib and Semaglutide
Semaglutide, known as Ozempic for diabetes or Wegovy for
weight
loss
. Can’t find any interactions listed other than to be aware that because Semaglutide delays stomach emptying, it may affect any medication taken orally. Just wondered if there’s anyone taking both of these drugs together…

ovarian cancer symptom?
In February this year I became unwell with raised GGT,
weight
loss
, fever terrible headaches, malaise and random abdominal pain. To rule out ovarian or liver cancer (!?) Dr arranged gastroscopy which found nothing. Four months on omeprazole and watch and wait until end of June.

Also if anyone has any ideas on how to shift weight whilst being on Zoladex injections and HRT that would also be greatly appreciated because I'm really struggling and way behind on the
weight
loss
if I'm to have this operation. Thanks in advance Em_46

feeling overwhelmed
We have had her on medication ever since, and besides slight
weight
loss
, she's done mostly well. I struggle myself with feelings of overwhelm regarding her ADHD. I just wish I could take it away.

After 25 days back on prednisone...
I'm rambling, but am confused why shooting pains in head, falling and some
weight
loss
has started again now that I am back on prednisone? PS: it rained last week, my water tank is almost full again 😄💦💦💦

Trying to get my health on track..
I need to do what I can as my initial
weight
loss
was to help with mild sleep apnea which has crept back. Just need motivation and tips on pushing myself even when I feel drained which is most of the time at the moment. I did used to be very active.

Thank you
These symptoms were joined over the summer by
weight
loss
, night sweats, rapid heartbeat, extreme fatigue and a general feeling that something wasn't right.

What do you guys do to stay away from external influences that bring you down in your
weight
loss
journey like this? It’s really not as simple as “unfollow” them.

Need advice where to start with foods to avoid that could aggravate Fibromyalgia and Arthritic symptoms please and what would be healing?
I eat healthy and this advice is not required for
weight
loss
rather more towards healing foods . The drugs don’t work but my swimming and stretching does despite working through pain , it’s definitely not painless . Thinking is it worth paying for a nutritionist? Has anyone done this ?

BioMax Red Light Therapy
https://platinumtherapylights.com/products/biomax-rlt Any users of these panels on here? Can apparently improve mitochondrial health so I’m seriously considering investing. Wondered if you thought worth your hard earned cash and time. General health benefits? Any noticeable PD improvements? And

Could I have portal hypertension
URQ pain, fatigue, malaise, GI issues with poor absorption (streatosis looking stools) and bloating,
weight
loss
, shortness of breath. But after no raised LFT levels (only low B12) and after USS and CT scan and upper endoscopy told liver and pancreas and bile ducts and gall bladder fine.

Weight loss and hypothyroidism
Hi all, I wanted to know how are you dealing you weight gain with hypo? I've been diagnosed with mild hypo 2 years ago and put on 75/daily Levo but I see absolutely no difference in my weigh except of putting more of it. It's so depressing! I'm not vain but it's just extremely difficult to look at myself

Two Questions
Has anyone else here suffered
weight
loss
as a symptom of their PV and have been struggling to gain it back? Also, I have been diagnosed in my 20’s and can’t seem to let this disease stop controlling me from living my life and making me really anxious.
