Looking for Affordable Weight Loss Medications without Prescription
Can anyone please suggest any

F3 Fibrosis Regression
I have a fibroscan in another 4-5 months and hoping to see some regression with all the
weight

, plus gym 4x a week plus loads of walking everyday. Am I being unrealistic to expect regression to F2 in this time?

But still on my

programme. I have been away for a couple of weeks. Great this semi retirement. Well got back 2 weeks ago. Lost 1 pound last week and another 3lb this week. Only 8 pounds left to my goal. I started before Xmas 2022 at 18 stone 4. Now weighed in at 11 stone 8.

Should I increase my T4 medication? (On T3 and T4 medication)
While my symptons are improved, my energy level is stll 7/10 and my
weight
loss
effort is stuck. I have recently done my blood test where my free t4 is still low. However, when I increased it to 50mg, I feel very irritable and it worsens my hypothyroidism symptons.

and has a scan tomorrow and possible report from this Friday to see exactly what it is but they are assuming lung cancer. I just want to be realistic and as prepared as I can for this.

Supporting evidence for PIP
I’m ploughing through the online form and it keeps saying about supporting evidence. I was diagnosed in 2021 by my then GP in the midlands over the Covid period - so not many doctor visits. Not much prescribed, using paracetamol and/or ibuprofen as and when necessary. Basically have been self-managing

Hello, I was dx with PD in 2019. I’ve progressed to stage 3 and have tried a lot of synthetic meds. I wont take tgem if the side effects worsen my current symptoms. That excludes most. I have read a million articles on new and upcoming tests and trials. I’m tired of chasing the rabbit. Although I cant

red light therapy
Hi I have been looking into the benefits of red light therapy for muscle issues and wondered if anyone had tried this - I can’t see any contradictions with hydroxi and will be mainly using this on my neck , upper back and thyroid areas - I know this won’t help ET as such but using for other issues.

. I may have become hyperthyroid? I take all the recommended minerals and vitamins.
My doctor wants me to start statins, which I have refused. I would like Endo to lower dose of Levo to 100mg and put me on small dose T3 to help lower LDL. Cholesterol has improved on 125mg.
