Weight loss and hypothyroidism
Hi all, I wanted to know how are you dealing you weight gain with hypo? I've been diagnosed with mild hypo 2 years ago and put on 75/daily Levo but I see absolutely no difference in my weigh except of putting more of it. It's so depressing! I'm not vain but it's just extremely difficult to look at myself

Red Light Therapy - Only Useful for a year?
I'm considering purchasing Symbyx's Red Light Helmet, and I would greatly appreciate comments by those who've used the device, since it ain't cheap. I'd also like to hear from people who've tried other red light devices. Finally, I read a comment by some neurologist saying that the red light helmets

Health issues causing extreme fear, anxiety and triggering anorexia
Hence I'm losing
weight
too fast. I'm starting to feed on the
weight
loss
and getting excited about how I look as I was heavy. I'm dropping weight too fast and struggling because it's triggering wanting to be anorexic again. It's been years!!! I just want to look prettier but this isn't healthy.

advice please b12/folate
I had easy bruising, unexplained
weight
loss
, funny sensations just to make a few. In the end I was really unwell and had Macrocytosis so I was started on loading doses of b12 (followed by injections every 3 months and folic acid. My levels went up to 1800 and treatment was stopped.

Book about red light therapy
Could anyone recommend such a book? I bought a red light lamp some time ago, but haven't really got into using it. Apparently it can be used for mood as well as pain, which is interesting. The light also frightens me a bit, though it is meant not to be harmful to the eyes.

Mum’s nearly free
She is so rigid, she lost her ability to say a single word about 6 months ago - around the same time she moved on to fully puréed food - since then we have been struggling to get any food in to her and her
weight
loss
has been rapid.

Update to private cardiology consultation.
He mentioned ongoing research being done in Australia along the lines of how
weight
loss
can affect af. So, as I am a little overweight, this is the incentive to knuckle down and loose some.
