Smart Protein and amino acids
I have had an under active thyroid for many years, I’ve recently learns about T4 and T3 tests. All mine have come back as “normal”. I have read about amino acids which can help you, I eat healthy, exercise 3 times a week and I’m no spring chicken. I never loose weight and when attending medial appointments

Is there anyone who experiences great
weight
loss
after switching to external nutrition via PEG? My brother who has had SCA1 ataxia since 2010, lost 10 kg (44 lbs) in 2 months. Now his weight is 40 kg (88 lbs).

I eat a lot but cannot seem to maintain my
weight
. My numbers all look good. I know
weight
loss
is unusual on this drug. What do you think the problem could be?

Slimpod feedback, please
I am really interested in whether hypothyroid people with a weight problem have had any experience of Slimpod. I don't snack or eat junk (except occasionally) and wonder if Slimpod can help someone with an underachieve thyroid whose choices about food are already fairly healthy. Have you tried it

Weight Loss Advice
I know this is a topic that drives us all mad lol but any advice is welcome.I was a long distance runner before I had my 5th child and then 11 months later diagnosed with Hasimotos. I gained 3 stone after the pregnancy before diagnosis. I have lost 2 stone but this last stone does not shift no matter

I am in watch & wait and three years post diagnosis. I feel good and have always exercised daily sometimes strenuously and my earring habits remain the same-healthy and hearty. I have been dropping weight slowly but steadily about 10-12 pounds over the tree years. No swollen nodes or spleen. Have others
