Weight loss is stuck
I have 5st to lose. I started in March & lost 20lbs in 1st 3 months. In the last 7 months I’ve lost between 3-6lbs. I’m doing exactly the same as in the beginning- calorie counting 1500 and walking 3-5 miles and weekly PT. Obviously not been on target all the time as had holiday. Can anyone help please

Advice please on Thyroid Blood Test Results
My symptoms have drastically worsened over the last year with new ones seeming to appear every day (over 50 of the 100 on the hypothyroidism list), the most concerning being brain fog/concentration/memory
loss
,
weight
gain (2 stone in 18 months despite poor appetite), eyesight, low pulse, constipation

I don't eat crisps or chocolate my alcohol consumption has drastically reduced and I'm exercising in the
weight
loss
zone as opposed to high intensity previously. My question is, is this
weight
loss
too much in the time scale and has anybody else experienced this. Thanks.

Bowel endometriosis? Long post!
This wasn't intentional
weight
loss
either. I was a slim size 8/10 (clothes sizes don't define your worth!) and my health seemed settled a bit. I met my current partner that year too so was feeling very smitten and lovey dovey.

Like a kid on Xmas morning
The distances I was covering in January feel a long long way off but I could have kept going longer, gonna stick to between 5 and 10k this month as planned though, more for research reasons with how my distances tie in with the
weight
loss
. Shorter/faster Vs longer/slower kind of thing.

8.8 pound weight gain and 33 point BP rise in 2 days due to water retention?
The
weight
loss
(and BP drop) has been gratifying, and I hope to be at my target weight by Easter Sunday morning (April 4, 2021.) I had long planned to feast (scarf out!) at dinner on both Saturday and Sunday in preparation for Lent.

Trying to keep to the 1500 + exercise calories recommend for steady
weight
loss
by myfitnesspal, not managed it every day but find days where I do a longer run and therefore gain more allowed more calories to eat, a lot easier to manage.

Since October I have been prescribed medication to help with depression and anxiety and I'm convinced it's these drugs causing the
weight
loss
. The drugs I'm taking are Elontril and Quetiapine and lorazapam. the only one of hese drugs likely to raise GGT is the Quetiapine.
