A huge thank you 🙏🏻 to everybody who posted comments for my son about lifting weights for weight gain/fat accumulation while on ADT . I sent them on and he did read them, and he called and told me that he was going to go that route and possibly higher a personal trainer too!
Despite hiking just about every day for a month he hadn’t made a dent in fat gain or weight loss and during that time he was also a strict vegan.
I had suggested this route several times and so had his MO, but he actually needed to hear it from all of you who have actually been through the same situation. I know he’s been very discouraged/ frustrated that the hiking and diet have not worked.
All of your comments and recommendations were just enough to make him finally accept what has to be done and he too greatly appreciated all your comments and advice.
