So much confusion so much pain
The doctors thought it was sudden on set sever nash from massive
weight
loss
. In July of 2021 we returned to Canada. And things went sideways. She went to a hospital. A doctor misread her biopsys which said F1-F2 Fibrosis. And wrote in Biopsys confirmed cirhosis.

Achey pains in left side of stomach during TWW, anyone?
I’ve been suffering from some achey pains over the last few days - I’m 12dp2dt now (OTD Wednesday) - in the left side of my body under my ribs and down towards my abdomen. No spotting or bleeding. Im on 600g progesterone suppositories daily and have really struggled with hydration and constipation

what to do??
(Hair
loss
, brittle nails,
weight
gain, sweating, cold feet, aching painful joints, dry skin, brain fog) Started 50mg levo and initially felt better. But now I am feeling rubbish again. Mainly exhaustion, aching joints, brittle nails and dry skin. My tongue has a white coating and is scalloped.

Reaction to Venetoclax?
After about a month at the full dosage, he began experiencing fevers and cough and some
weight
loss
. His oncologist was informed, and said to stop the Venetoclax to see what effect that would have.

Far Infrared Heat Mat with Bone Mets
Has anyone used a Far Infrared Heat Mat that is filled with crystals? I have MBC with bone mets in spine. A friend let me use her mat and I found it really soothing and felt great afterwards. I would like to buy one myself but wonder if it would be OK for regular use with the bone mets, I don't want

Annual transplant program appointment
It's impossible to know if the MJ is helping the kidney function or if the ~30 pound
weight
loss
is the reason. A research intern popped in next. She's helping a Dr. who is doing a study on web based communication and education materials about choosing to accept a kidney.

BMI , weight loss and muscle
I’m a 64 year old male , 182cm and 99 kgs. I’m on a VLCD ( this is my second week) and I’ve lost 5kgs. The reason o am on this diet is that my blood pressure was raised slightly and obviously losing weight is going to help. I feel quite confident in this diet and I am thinking how low should I go.

Clear liver on ultrasound but GGT and other markers rising.
I have NO symptoms of elevated liver enzymes: stomach pain/dark pee/fatigue/itching/jaundice/light coloured poo/
loss
of appetite/nausea, and vomiting.
Weight
has stayed the same, bar the
loss
of 4-5 pounds since no alcohol. I've also noticed liking sugary things a bit more since stopping drinking.

Is weight loss always ominous?
Sorry I just worry as it was a sign my mother was rapidly declining with cancer.... Basically my brother is paralysed. He has severe heart failure with an efr of about 20-25% though believed to be at the lower end. The medication he was on for his heart has been stopped and he has been put onto palliative

Week 4 complete
Results so far include completing each run with no considerable issues, having numerous people comment on my

new c25k’er. How many times a week.
Im on a
weight
loss
journey. I’ve dropped from 20st last December to 14st this December. I feel confident enough now to join a gym and do some cardio. I walk 3 or 4 miles a few times a week and now do it on a treadmill at the gym. C25k seems the next obvious step.
