Just wondering if anyone has had any success with weight loss and could share any tips . I know I need to have healthier choices for snacks .

Are we entitled to have a repeat ultrasound done on NHS say 12 months down the line to see if any improvement has been made after 10% weight loss, diet and lifestyle changes?

I had my heart valve replaced with a mechanical one a couple of years ago (completely unrelated to weight, was a random infection on the valve) and I was wondering if anyone has had stuff done to their heart and has gone on to also have either weight loss surgery or take weight loss drugs afterwards?

Have lost a stone in weight, is this likely to impact on dose of thyroxine ?

Hello everyone I am having weight loss and having had this last bout of flu my weight which was a bit steady has decreased. The respiratory specialist is concerned and hence I am not sure what to do.

I had a health check because I was losing a lot of unexpected weight. Dr said my H1bc was 44 which made me lose weight. Said to cut out sugar but won't that make me lose more weight? I am underweight . Any help appreciated

I was advised by people on this forum to reduce my T3 slightly and I feel better on the lsightly reduced dose. I have more energy. less need to sleep in the day. No problems with sleep, energy etc and no problems with weight until a year or so ago when it became impossible to get the same brand of Levo consistently and sometimes impossible

I have totally changed my diet since my first Stent and am now 95% Vegan,We have no Milk or cheese in the house and do not eat saturated fat Vegan alternatives. im wondering if anyone has tried the weight loss injection mounjaro if you are currently taking any of lupus or APS meds? If so, were you ok? put on loads of weight since taking my meds and got the steroid moon face. So want to try something. Thanks ,
