It's also the cost aswell of slimming clubs and when I stop them I pile the weight back on . Alot of my weight is on my stomach aswell , often I get severe bloating and look like I'm 9 months pregnant . Just wondering if anyone has had any success with weight loss and could share any tips .

Are we entitled to have a repeat ultrasound done on NHS say 12 months down the line to see if any improvement has been made after 10% weight loss, diet and lifestyle changes?

I had my heart valve replaced with a mechanical one a couple of years ago (completely unrelated to weight, was a random infection on the valve) and I was wondering if anyone has had stuff done to their heart and has gone on to also have either weight loss surgery or take weight loss drugs afterwards?

hi I have suffered from significant weight loss recently after having an episode of increased heart rate and total body muscle pain with weakness. I was out on antibiotics and prednisone which has helped somehow. Now my body doesn’t look like mines anymore since the weight loss.

But I currently have kind of a strange weight loss strategy as I don't like the idea of eating strictly healthy foods the entire time. So every ten pounds I lose, I am going to have a little "cheat" day. And on the cheat day, I am going to still keep the calories under 2000.
