My Daughter took me to the
swimming

Just a bit further
My back is quite painful but I intend to start
swimming
again to see if that helps. Still little steps and onwards and upwards.

Can we talk shampoo?
If I add in
swimming
, Strength and Flex etc. that may increase. I have long hair unruly hair, has anyone found a decent shampoo that works but doesn't dry your hair too much? I have tried 2 different "frequent use" ones but I still feel my hair is getting dryer.

Hi I'm new here, old hand at pain. By focusing on connecting with my Base-Line muscles I've learned to release the pain, stress + tensions.
I started Pilates and
swimming
(very gentle and slow, I was to scared to strain and spent a lot of time just breathing and trying to activate my "core"). 3 months in, my depression lifted one day as I stood up from a roll-down.

CRAVINGS!
Go to the gym or go
swimming
. Chew some gum, lozenges , fresh fruit or veg. Go to a non smoking enviroment , cafe or similar. Use some nicotine replacement. All these things can help you . Dont let that little white stick get the better of you. Your far stronger than you think.

Having had increased swelling in my left leg we are considering purchasing a pump, I already do gym and

Could have been funny... but
Reason: Darling dober-herd (Merlin) fell into a fast flowing ditch next to the river, it was about 1.25 m deep, but the water, thankfully was only about 60cm, so he was
swimming
a bit in some places and wading in others...

October Half Marathon Group: Stay cool, and find your smile! 😊
Seriously, I love to run straight after a swim without drying myself, and staying in my
swimming
costume (I have a tri suit now, but I used to just put a top and shorts on over my cozzie 😄) - it makes me feel really light and cool 😊😊😊 Cool running, all!!

This is a me overhaul
However I am now loving it, I have been
swimming
for 3/4 weeks now and was starting to need something else. I gave up smoking 36 days ago and found replacing it with exercise is just amazing :)) I need like minded friends to help me along the way :)

All spoons used and shaking
Hey, I went
swimming
today, just 4 lengths but proud of myself. When I left I was exhausted but ok, stopping off for a small amount of shopping I got to the checkout only to begin shaking. Only shaking around my middle so hips to knees. Never had this before any ideas?

Photos of sailing and beaches. Overcoming anxiety and depression through taking on a big challenge.
Just had a stunning two days wild
swimming
and sailing. It was heavenly and completely relaxing. It made me think back to 2 years ago when I first developed GAD and depression. I thought at that time that I could never again feel like that and life was not worth living.

17 years with metastatic prostate cancer - operation 2 and a dance with Lu
So, everything settled down, and we got into the swing of relaxing in the sun, reading books,
swimming
etc. But as I’m sure you are now aware, nothing runs smoothly for me for any length of time.

12 week old went under water while we went swimming
Me, my 12 week old and his dad went
swimming
on Saturday 18/05/2019. i think my 12 week old swallowed some water as he did go under for a couple seconds and started crying and coughing when he came back up, I'm really anxious, worried and watching him constantly as I read up about dry drowning.

Post cryo-ablation day 9
Would like to start
swimming
again but feel it’s way too early yet. I was doing half an hour of lengths a couple of times a week before ablation. Are there any other swimmmers after ablation out there. I think the arm movements might be bad for me though so not contemplating for a few weeks.

Scared I will lose my job because of my fibromyalgia
My pain management clinic has advised me to try yoga or
swimming
to reduce my stress level. All I can think about is losing my job and not having money to pay my bills, which is making my anxiety and pain worse. I am a single parent and with 6 year old child to think about.

Abdominal support for hernia
I am planning to go on the holiday in the meantime and there will be some
swimming
involved. I was wondering whether anyone here knows of any abdominal support belts or another aid that will allow me to swim/not fall off when in the water? Many thanks for help!
