Hi there, yesterday I completed week 1 session 2 and I am really loving it. I thought I would come and say hi to you all. It took me ages to work up the courage to do this app, it had been on my phone for a loooong time. However I am now loving it, I have been swimming for 3/4 weeks now and was starting to need something else. I gave up smoking 36 days ago and found replacing it with exercise is just amazing :)) I need like minded friends to help me along the way :)

Congratulations Viksta39 on starting C25K and completing run 2 of week 1, welcome to the forum.

So happy to know that you are enjoying your running and gave up smoking 36 days ago, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 1 and the rest of the program, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to. 😊 🏃

Welcome, and congratulations on such a positive start. 🎉👏🏼🎉 Swimming works really well as an alternating sport with running - really good choice. Do keep letting us know how you are getting on. 😄
