Hi guys! I have an incisional hernia and I am wearing abdominal support every day until my next surgery. I am planning to go on the holiday in the meantime and there will be some swimming involved. I was wondering whether anyone here knows of any abdominal support belts or another aid that will allow me to swim/not fall off when in the water? Many thanks for help!

May I ask please how many months are you post opp? If your going abroad, travel insurance might be really expensive.

Over a year so should be fine, more concerned if I'll get any hernia support belts that will allow swimming as I haven't seen anything like that but thought, maybe, maybe ?

I'm not really into advertising, but it something helps, why not. I've come across this product search and thought it might work: chums.co.uk/products/al674/...
