Water can have a calming effect if you have anxiety or depression.
Does anyone else enjoy wild

? That is the ultimate in lifting your mood as it releases natural feel good chemicals and I find the effects of this can last for the rest of the day. I swam from the beach yesterday and a seal swam by while I was in the water.

But I won’t be doing parkrun on Saturday as I’m going away on Saturday early morning for a week in Newquay, Cornwall but I’m taking my running trainers with me and try and do a few runs and some

The outcome is in 6 months with

W7 coming - Lots of health improvements along the way!
But C25K coupled with a new sensible diet and

\Cycling have really helped by lose weight. I am actually back in my healthy zone now. My Blood Pressure is normal and going in to optimal - and to think the Doc was asking if I wanted to start BP medication at the start of all this.

:) Never ever thought I’d be someone who ran voluntarily, but having lost 5 stone since September through walking,

I don't no if it's because I've over done it this week with running and

everyday. ( alternative) I'm going to take the weekend off for abit if rest, although I'll be walking a lot all weekend. And hoping for them to be better on Monday to try again, or even Sunday night.
