Experience with exercise and hip pain ?

Hi there, I've started a gentle walking routine but find, even though it's gentle and short distance at first, it's still difficult and exhausting.

Anyone whose had problems with hip pain, did walking help you, or was using an exercise bike less problematic ? (As I do have access to an exercise bike).

I can't go swimming ATM as the hassle and pain of travelling, then dressing n undressing at the gym, is too much at the moment.

I'm at the start of trying to relieve my hip pain and am fairly stiff and locked up, àt the moment.

Thanks.

this part of Health Unlocked was set up for a specific research program which terminated a few years ago. You’ll not find any réponses I think.

Please find a more suitable site here on Health Unlocked. Arthritis might be a good one for you.
