One step forward two steps back
as planned but I still did OK, 2nd in my age category and 16th over all out of 50, I was hoping to finish a bit higher up, but after talking to "someone who knows" it isn't actually a very easy swim, The other thing that didn't help was the fact I couldn't swim in a straight line🤦‍♂️ and I ended up

Constantly falling asleep
I am
swimming
, walking for about 1.5 hrs and do yoga. The problem is now I am constantly exhausted. As soon as I sit on the sofa I fall asleep . The average is 2.5 hrs sometimes 4 in the middle of the day if I'm not woken up. My legs also hurt alot sometimes, particularly my thighs.

Accurate recording for afib
had my bisoprolol increased from 6.25 to 7.5 and not tolerating it well but I know this must get sorted, have had a referral to the arythmia clinic but that will be ages my echo also showed lvsd of 40-45 apparently caused by the afib should I get a kardia in this instance, and as I have gone back to

returning runner
I have done a couple of 20 mins runs since end of January and been doing lots of walking
swimming
and horse riding. I have a habit of over doing it lol (ps I deleted my old account so new user name) that’s for any feedback and good luck to those on the journey - enjoy

Bonjour from over here !
She adores
swimming
. But this morning I left Ruby at home and set off to run without stopping. I put on a podcast and off I went. It felt great, I held a nice comfortable 6:30 min/km pace and managed to run 11K without stopping in a time of 1 hour and 12 minutes.

Sea swimming
I have been
swimming
in the North Sea and lakes for about 3 years. I have lupus and RA. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. My joints feel less stiff and sore, and the buzz I get both during, and for hours afterwards is addictive.

Proximal Myopathy
I'm fed up of the pain despite physio exercises and
swimming
at a gentle pace. Will it ever go away? Diagnosed with Autoimmune Thyrotoxicosis in September and now in erythroid range.

Travelling to tropical islands for holiday with A-fib
I am a competent swimmer - before a-fib I would never have thought twice about jumping into the water at most beaches, snorkelling in the deep, or
swimming
in dams etc.

Finished Venetoclax, then Covid
Swimming
half a mile, felt strong. Then bronchitis, pneumonia, and Covid. Was hospitalized and released in 6 days. But my home convalescence is not what I expected. Weakness, coughing, general severe malaise. Anyone know about the post Venetoclax (heavy immunosuppressive) season.

So Fatigued
He has always been very active, playing golf,
swimming
, loves sport, walking our collie dog on the beach. We live in a beautiful part of North Scotland but since last week he is so fatigued he can barely get up the stairs let alone walk on the beach anymore.

My Fabulous Journey!
I’ve embraced other forms of exercise, including cycling and
swimming
. As for the running, I regularly run half marathon distance now and enter races regularly. Finally, last Sunday I ran the Middlesbrough 10K in a very quick 48 minute, in front of crowds of cheering people.

chest discomfort
Have been active building up exercise and
swimming
well. Today walked a dog for the first time. She pulled a bit and after a while I found a slight discomfort in my right chest. This is a different “action” to
swimming
etc and I assuming will just become ok with time. Anyone any advice?

I turned 47 yesterday, and I've never bothered about aging before but today I feel sad and old and ugly.
But I just had back surgery and so I'm out of work and I can't do most of the things I do for fun like hiking or
swimming
. And my birthday really wasn't the best. Today all I can think of are all the many ways I'm unhappy with myself and all the things I've done poorly or not achieved.
