You're NOT alone
Maybe do you have a
swimming
pool near you? That would help ease the pain and it's a good way to meet people and just chat. Just remember talking does help. Lots of gentle hugs coming your way.š¤š

As part of a regular week, I do walking, running, cycling, diy, gardening, golf and
swimming
and would like to ensure I do the required NHS guidelines for weekly exercise (150 minutes of moderate exercise etc etc).

Tapering on low dose
Woke this morning with head
swimming
.. just managed to totter downstairs.. and took1.5. Should I try alternate days? Hasnāt always worked in the past? Or perhaps twice a week? Iāve had no flares as such while reducing. Still can lift my arms over my head!

Sacropolpopexy operation - has anyone had this operation? and had some of the symptons return .
Im 66 years old and this op literally was the best thing for me - I was once again very active , running ,
swimming
, generally keeping quite fit. I would love to hear from anyone else who has had this op and if they have suffered any returning symptoms. Many thanks in advance

We had such a lovely time
swimming
in the warm pool on the roof under a lovely evening sky. Sad if I can't go again.

Back in the pool
I haven't been
swimming
for a very long time, but decided to give it a go this morning especially as it's free for 60+ members twice a week. Well I'm glad I listened to my inner guidance.

Not a run, but a dream of oneā¦.
In my run I was at a busy Parkrun site, near a beach, with many VW vanlife vans with drying
swimming
gear lining the sandy road. And at 5min to 9am, I was still trying to find where I put my socks, wondering if I should run in my very colourful running shoes bare feet.

side effects of hydroxycarbamide
I am soon to start this drug, does it impact on physical activity; I do a lot of cycling and
swimming
at the moment. Also, has anyone experienced problems with immunity?

negative test 10 days post FET
My husband and son have gone off to
swimming
to give me time to rest and the little devil in me decided to test to see what the result it I know I should have waited but I really couldnāt help myself as I have no symptoms . So Iāve just tested, not a morning urine same, and the result is negative.

Salbutamol & leg cramps.
I had a sleepless night last week & woke up in the morning with cramp & yesterday I went
swimming
& got cramp. My legs feel tense and jittery at the moment. Just wondering if this is common or if anyone has any thought or experiences with this problem.

Hello, Thank you and does this sound familiar to anyone?
I was previously slightly overweight, reasonably fit (
swimming
several times a week) and ate healthily. I donāt smoke or drink, so the HA was a real surprise.

I suffer with Fibromyalgia so morning activity is often slow but I feel I am fairly active at the moment with walking count at 740 minutes last week with 194 of those being brisk, I am hoping to start
swimming
soon and would love to be able to do more towards my better health targets as for the moment

Exercise
The GP sent a text regarding an enquiry, saying that he wouldnāt recommend
swimming
, for example. I thought this would be gentle exercise. Currently building up my step count instead. Iāve seen various articles saying exercise increases AST and ALT levels?
