Paranoid about twinges
I've had twinges on and off for a few yrs, mostly right shoulder, it's random and not very painful but sometimes I think it's something more sinister since my diagnosis, probably due to long term
swimming
. Am I paranoid about nothing and with my diagnosis a scan is not needed.

Is there any part of the FET cycle that it is recommended not to go

chest discomfort
Have been active building up exercise and
swimming
well. Today walked a dog for the first time. She pulled a bit and after a while I found a slight discomfort in my right chest. This is a different “action” to
swimming
etc and I assuming will just become ok with time. Anyone any advice?

To swim or not to swim?
I’ve always been a strong swimmer and loved sea
swimming
as often as I can , including Winter! I haven’t swum since September, and been a bit scared to, thinking I can’t do both…. But wondering about a gentle pool swim?

So I was scrolling looking for information about tinnitus and
swimming
, if it's an ok thing to do or maybe not, and came across this forum. I'm glad I did. So much advice, support and comfort to be had. Hello and thank you everybody.

I'm fed up of the pain despite physio exercises and
swimming
at a gentle pace. Will it ever go away? Diagnosed with Autoimmune Thyrotoxicosis in September and now in erythroid range.

Is swimming safe
I was just wondering if
swimming
is safe for the liver due to the pool chemicals, I have recently got back in the pool after 40 years and I am loving it, I know my liver needs exercise and
swimming
is one of the best forms, plus it’s a bonus to be doing an exercise that I actually enjoy as well, now

Anybody use the gym?🏋️♀️
Of course membership includes the pool but I hate
swimming
!🤣 I loved the gym in my ‘youth’ but don’t want to lose precious outdoor running time. However, am thinking it could be fab for strength training. Posted on Bridge too. Thanks🙂

Finished Venetoclax, then Covid
Swimming
half a mile, felt strong. Then bronchitis, pneumonia, and Covid. Was hospitalized and released in 6 days. But my home convalescence is not what I expected. Weakness, coughing, general severe malaise. Anyone know about the post Venetoclax (heavy immunosuppressive) season.

I have been exercising more like
swimming
so could this cause it? Feel ok in self apart from some mild period type cramping & incisions look like they are healing well. Just wonder what other peoples experiences have been like & if they have had something similar? Thanks in advance 😊

Coming to terms with avoiding the sun
I practically lived outside,
swimming
, walking, gardening, reading etc. Now I'm trying to come to terms with avoiding the sun. I'm wearing high spf constantly, hats, full length clothing etc but I'm feeling intensly sad about not going out.

C25K Complete
Just wanted everyone to know that I've now completed my Couch to 5K journey, should have finished last November but due to knee problems I had to take a break from running, so I've increased my
swimming
and I've been careful about my bike rides, trying to do flatish rides, which isn't easy when you live
