Paranoid about twinges
I've had twinges on and off for a few yrs, mostly right shoulder, it's random and not very painful but sometimes I think it's something more sinister since my diagnosis, probably due to long term

Almost forgot
With all the excitement of the
swimming
, I forgot I accidentally ran 10k on Thursday 23rd May, I went out to do a 5k slow run to get ready for the weekend and I just kept going, until I was at around 8k and thought it would be rude not to continue, I wasn't struggling or out of breath I felt good

I have been exercising more like
swimming
so could this cause it? Feel ok in self apart from some mild period type cramping & incisions look like they are healing well. Just wonder what other peoples experiences have been like & if they have had something similar? Thanks in advance š

Support with travel insurance
Although I have been undertaking mild
swimming
twice a week I have been advised by the Angiogram team to immediately cease exercise as a precaution. Can anyone recommend suitable travel insurance and is it worth getting the UK Global Health Card. Thank you for any support you can give. Crispin

Coming to terms with avoiding the sun
I practically lived outside,
swimming
, walking, gardening, reading etc. Now I'm trying to come to terms with avoiding the sun. I'm wearing high spf constantly, hats, full length clothing etc but I'm feeling intensly sad about not going out.

C25K Complete
Just wanted everyone to know that I've now completed my Couch to 5K journey, should have finished last November but due to knee problems I had to take a break from running, so I've increased my
swimming
and I've been careful about my bike rides, trying to do flatish rides, which isn't easy when you live

W4R2 running in the rain
I had that week in Spain off from C25K- it was hot and hilly, and we had access to a
swimming
pool :) Anyway I got home and restarted W2 to get back into it... yesterday I completed W4R2 in the RAIN - the rain helped, I feel.

Sorry it has been a while with an update on Ruxolitinib
I was asking is it the
swimming
, is it the menopause, is it because my iron tables were take off me, (which my professor said it should not have been taken off you) or is it the Ruxolitinib? I stopped
swimming
just incase. Iāve had blood tests, scans still donāt know why.

So I was scrolling looking for information about tinnitus and
swimming
, if it's an ok thing to do or maybe not, and came across this forum. I'm glad I did. So much advice, support and comfort to be had. Hello and thank you everybody.
