Oh sweetheart don't ever feel alone there is always someone who will be here to talk with you, I know what you mean about the never ending pain it can be horrendous and even worse if you're having to deal with it on your own, this group is always here. Do you have any little hobbies that don't hurt you or leave you feeling worse? Maybe do you have a swimming pool near you? That would help ease the pain and it's a good way to meet people and just chat. Just remember talking does help. Lots of gentle hugs coming your way.🤗💕

Are you responding to Sugaree with this post? If so why don’t you respond to her actual post rather than creating a new post. Otherwise they may not see your response (because you have created a new post) plus it is difficult for us to understand which post you are referring to.
Hello Shooby,
It looks like you may have intended to put this as a reply to someone rather than create a new post? I've included some details on how to do this: support.healthunlocked.com/...
I hope that helps

p.s. it was lovely to read your empathetic post, I wonder if you may want to consider adding it to the intended post?
shooby, thank you for your kind words. I have a small above ground pool and went in early this morning.Swimming is the best, recommended by an arthritis specialist I saw once. The weightless feeling is wonderful and I walk around in the pool. Took a swim this morning, pool was 90F. I was told not to swim unless water is very warm to avoid muscle spasms. It’s not exactly taking pounds off but it is my favorite physical therapy. I live in the desert and I can swim first thing in morning. Thank you again, you’re very understanding.
