First week of post-grad runs done
We were going to attempt more
running
with the dogs but think we will get a few more runs under our belts first as I have a feeling that
running
with the dogs may be a disaster!!

Consolidation - Week 2
I also noted that I was
running
at a faster pace. I wasn't trying to, but there it is. Today, I went out for the 30 minute run and it was excellent! Felt good the entire time. It had rained in the night which tamped down the pollen, I think. Look forward to my next run, 35 minutes.

10k plan
10k plan Dear all, I have been
running
5 - 7k’s for a long while, but would love to follow a run plan that takes me to 10k, and help me to sustain this distance - it has been a dream of mine for many a year! I have seen some posts about the NRC 10k plan?

Running Speed
I’m currently on week 8 and I’m having to slow my pace right down. I’m currently jogging at 3.5mph and this just doesn’t seem right. I’ve tried increasing pace but then I can’t seem to get through the whole run. Does anyone else have this issue? Any tips to overcome this!

low.

Finding peace
Running
is always my stress relief but lately I have put it off as caring for my Dad has reached epic proportions and I have been so down.

new meds
Of course I’m gonna take it but I’m wondering if I’m gonna need to take a leave at work if I’m
running
to the bathroom every five minutes, has anyone have any experience with these two medicines together? thank you….. it seems as the years go. These medicines are getting tougher and tougher!!

Week 4, Enventually...
Not, as far as I know, in a way
running
related; I went to bed fine and woke up injured. The result being that week 4 was postponed for 2 weeks.

Back to it 🤞
Has anyone had this problem and if so when is the right time to start
running
again. My physio says I will know when I’m ready but I’m terrified of the pain coming back. Sorry about the long post Wendy

A day late (again!)
Nothing
running
yet, but I have managed at least a short walk, and often longer ones, every day for 36 days now 😊 Not long to go now and I hope to be back
running
next week after over a month off the mill 🏃♀️🤞🏃♀️

Last run as the old year ebbs away
Running
was a good decision. The wind was almost on our backs on the way home so that helped. Less than 20 minutes later I was home, goal achieved, with almost enough time to eat my breakfast and then get lunch on the go.

Monday long run
I recently decided I needed to increase my distance again, and run slower so I can just keep
running
, so today I did!
