Changing-Room Chat...April 3... Slip off your shoes and rest up a while...
Running
from home, up to an hour or so, I would never change that. If I was
running
later, or in a race, I would have something more appropriate, as long as it was two hours before.

Running with autoimmune disease
I'm looking for advice on
running
with a connective tissue disease. Exercise is meant to be good for managing it but also seems to flare things up.

Here again
It's not easy especially when
running
does not come naturally, but keep at it.

Is it okay to start from Week 5?
I have been
running
on and off and managed to 22 minutes last week but haven't managed beyond that. Given this is it okay to start from Week 5? Or what would be the ideal week to start my journey again? I am obviously not excited about starting from Week 1 :) Thank you, Sumit

Making the most of the sunshine
I've promised myself that I'm going to increase my distances so decided to carry on
running
, speeding up a bit. I passed an acquaintance who asked why I was still
running
when my husband had turned in the other direction.

There weren’t too many people about still and I did my 5 minutes and then started
running
. I decided to head out on my old favourite route and headed towards the Civic Centre.

week 9 run 1 fail 😞
I know this is only the start of my
running
journey but was looking forward to completing the programme, am thinking I should maybe take a good rest again and drop back down to 25 mins for a while til my knee is feeling up to it… any advice or inspiration gratefully received!

WEEKLY CHAT 19TH-25TH FEBRUARY: Sickness Stops Play ☹️
😳 I hope you haven’t been held back by illness or injury but even if you have, we know it’s always a temporary setback and the
running
will wait. Tell us in the comments how your week has been and what you’re planning for this coming week.

When is a Run, not a Run...
This is about
running
and as CB says so often, absolutely, not about
running
. I have not posted for a while; other than my regular forum posts and my very short, ( for me) HU10 report. Why?
