Here I am reporting in on day 36, that should have been day 35, of the LOTR challenge, trying to stay accountable. Still managing to stay ahead of schedule and nearly 80% of the way there π
After a week of delayed fatigue following yet another dose of COVID, I am just starting to perk up a bit again now and putting more steps in. Nothing running yet, but I have managed at least a short walk, and often longer ones, every day for 36 days now π
Not long to go now and I hope to be back running next week after over a month off the mill πββοΈπ€πββοΈ

It's not so much the Covid, it's the crippling post viral fatigue that I never seem to completely shake off.
I also seem to be vulnerable to any and all viruses now, which I put down to the AZ vaccine completely knocking out my immune system, or what was left of it, after the second dose that nearly hospitalised me. Very few medics will ever entertain this, which I think is a real pity, as much could be learned from the "odd balls" like me I think..... and there are loads of us out there!
I had a good day yesterday, but flat as a pancake today, so I'll just do what I can - my philosophy for life π π π
