How to increase my spo2
I have COPD from 50 years of
smoking
. I
quit
smoking
3 years ago and have stayed away from 2nd hand smoke. My Doctor - several of them - continue to tell me there is no cure for my COPD; they say "I know best - take the medication"!

Never in a million years did I ever think I could
quit
smoking
. I finally realized you have to want to do it if you are going to be successful. I'm a 47 year old wife, mother, grandmother, with another grandbaby on the way. Plenty of reason to stop the killer habit, yet I couldn't break free.

Not sure if anxiety or heart attack 😭😭😭
I smoked for 6-7 month once but I
quit
. for that
smoking
history I convinced myself I have lung cancer. That fear led me to my doom.

Plant that seed.....
As the end of 2016 is fast approaching - plant that seed NOW by making the best decision of your life to
quit
smoking
- it will be the one thing you will never ever regret doing and can only reap never ending list of benefits - health, happiness and a better living life - who doesn't want that?

caffiene, I lost 60 pounds, now before my BP was flirting with stage one hypertension, in the last few months tho, I've finally came down to 120 over 80 or slightly lower, like 115 over 75, I'm 31 male, my question is, at night, when I lay down, I see 90 over 50 and that freaks

Quit
smoking
a year and a month ago. I didn't have this problem in the previous weeks. 7. During and after the run has finished there has been a burning sensation in my larynx. Reflux? Cold air breathing? 8. I am having a back of the head pain right now. Can't suppose it would be dehydration.

Feathered friend & lung issues
I
quit
smoking
years and years ago. I guess my question would be what can I do now to minimize the effects of my bird on my lungs? Any suggestions would be appreciated... except re-homing my friend. Thank you in advance. 😊

Today will be the day
One of the people I worked with me said to me you have not
quit
smoking
- I said why he said as long as you are having nicotine you are still smoking. I was on the understanding by the stop smoking nurse that once you had stopped of the fag the NRT are no where near that bad for you..

I'm always bored, what should i do?
My new year resolution is to
quit
smoking
weed and cigis, honestly it's not as hard as people say (that's what i can tell after three days not smoking) it's just i get a lot more free time. I had nothing to do before, and now i have even more free time to do nothing.
