Never in a million years did I ever think I could quit smoking. I finally realized you have to want to do it if you are going to be successful. I'm a 47 year old wife, mother, grandmother, with another grandbaby on the way. Plenty of reason to stop the killer habit, yet I couldn't break free. I sat down and gave it a long hard thought. My insurance would finally cover my NRT. Got my physical, lung x-ray, etc...I had some anxiety as to what my X-ray would show, after all I had smoked 1pk. a day x 30 years. Lungs were clear, no issues at all. Thank you Lord. So now more determined to stay smoke free. To all those just starting, believe me when I say, if I can do it, so can you. Deep down, you really have to want to quit.
