I have reached out to a therapist to set up an appointment, and try some guided
meditation
, but I just feel so alone and like nothing is going to get better. The scariest part for me is feeling so disconnected and like I can't be present in my own life.

Yoga and RA?
As I work in the health and well-being industry I am going to do a workshop Yoga for RA as I have had to modify my own practice and when I have been really sore I have only been able to practice
meditation
. Take a look at joining a yoga class ask the teacher to give you modifications when needed.

Well this is me - I made it this far - no going back now - keeping on with the breathing and
meditation
for sleep but it has got better and I am starting to feel healthier - I love the way I can smell everything and my chest isn’t tight - N.O.P.E.

Consolidation run
I have found an App that does guided
meditation
to help you drop off so I am trying that tonight. And I have a days work tomorrow, basically sitting at a desk and answering the phone all day. So I thought I’d better get moving today and glad I did.

What brought you joy today?
For me, it is taking time to recenter myself as often as needed - by getting outside for a run, practicing mindful
meditation
, not fretting about things that are out of my control, and sometimes just stopping to take some nice, deep breaths.

Has anyone tried John Gray's approach to PD?
I, too, spent years in a monk-like lifestyle meditating and teaching TM (Transcendental
Meditation
). Then I got into writing books and working crazy schedules like 18-hour days. I wrote 47 large (typically 1000+ page) books in 20 years. I was running a startup tech company at the same time.

Anxiety over CT scans
I tried hypnose,
meditation
and relaxation techniques but cannot get rid of this huge anxiety over radiation. The headaches and dizziness are still present despite my blood pressure being finally under control.

Restless legs/body, lack of sleep
I do lots of the self help stuff, magnesium tabs/baths, chamomile,
meditation
etc but I've had the worst 2 nights of restless legs ever. Putting it down to the urgent increase in my pred for GCA (though that was a couple of weeks ago). Really cant deal with another sleepless night 😔 TIA

Views on skipping a day here and there of meditation so as not to run out if unable to get my repeat prescription on time?
Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone knows if I'm doing myself any harm by missing a day here and there of my Braltus 10 micrograms capsules so as I have a couple of days leeway in case I don't get my next batch on time? My pulmonary rehabilitation course has been cancelled as of this week due to the

Hello again, I need help from all the knowledgeable experts here please.
I work on
meditation
, I walk a lot, and I have tried many diet options, advised here. Generally , the most benefit seems to be from very small light meals with no processed foods and very low in carbohydrates, high in fruits and veggies Can anyone advise me where to turn now, please?

Stillness
I try to calm down, see what parts of my body are being directly affected, I occupy my mind a little with things from my house, if it is too late at night I do some stretching then breathing exercises and some guided
meditation
, allá that helps a bit, those attacks always hits sometimes harder than others

Brain waves and Binaural beats
Binaural beats are claimed to induce the same mental state associated with a
meditation
practice, but much more quickly.

Educating Enid - Mindful Meditation while I run
My inner Enid was left doing Mindful Mediation whilst I ran Week 9 Run 1. Yahoo! :-) She enjoyed the "sitting" bit and not so keen on the stretching (apart from biscuits and a glass of wine). But I feel quite good that I can leave her thinking about these things whilst I clear my mind.
