Me too
I do deep breathing Journaling prayer
meditation
exercise, all of the above, and I still get stressed out. Really stressed out for basically no reason. And I don't want that to be my life anymore so I'm trying to figure out a way to change that and if anyone has any suggestions I'm open

A story from my life story
Ever since then when ever I’m met with wrongdoing after a deep thoughtful

The studio I am attending is for trauma victims so tonight’s class was a
meditation
class on ptsd. I am definitely going to continue to attend since it helps me physically and emotionally. Feeling blessed that God gave me the courage to try something new!

Update
I've read NOI group books, stories and blogs on their website, did a lot of
meditation
and SMR. Very, very slowly I started learning to walk again without using the wheelchair, then learnt to walk with two crutches, then with one crutch. Last year in October I stopped using the crutches at all.

Just Wondering!
I have tried physio, medicine,
meditation
, tens machine, hot/cold presses and many others. I do remain active ( work full time ) and love to go swimming + little other bits at the gym. I am just struggling to cope though.

SBRT to liver?
She, new oncologist, seems confident in radiating the spot, continuing my ibrance/letrozole
meditation
for as long as we can because outside of this spot, it is doing it’s job and I am tolerating it well outside of thinning hair.

Do you have sleep problems? here's a few tips to help you Zzz
Have a warm bath, listen to quiet music or
meditation
, Mindfulness to relax your mind and body. If you tend to lie in bed thinking about everything you have to do tomorrow, set aside time before bedtime to make plans for the next day.

Dr says Adderall is a short term use medication only
He also is not a psychiatrist and quickly told me anxiety medications are evil and that I need to do a vitamin cleanse, start his transcendental
meditation
class and consider going off of my antidepressant. Has anyone else been guided in these directions?

Bonkers?
I do lots of other things which I believe help enormously from
meditation
to medicinal mushrooms. Being a Libran I am struggling with my decision. I know you can't make it for me but I'd love to hear your thoughts. Sending love to you all xxx

Any Complementary Therapies or Practitioners to assist RITUXAN therapy for Low Platelets caused by Virus?
Finally, I've continued my mind/body work -
meditation
, special healing music and self-hypnosis/NPL, walks in nature. The more I practice these, the better I feel and my numbers improve.

Newbie.....Hi There!
Me personally, I use animals, therapy (one and one and group), smells,
meditation
and the tools (CBT & DBT) I learned while I was in my 10 week therapy program. I 'suffer' from anxiety, depression, insomnia, adhd, arthritis, chronic pain, migraines and food allergies to name a few.
