My inner Enid was left doing Mindful Mediation whilst I ran Week 9 Run 1. Yahoo!
She enjoyed the "sitting" bit and not so keen on the stretching (apart from biscuits and a glass of wine). But I feel quite good that I can leave her thinking about these things whilst I clear my mind.

Thank you. Yes it did feel good. But after reading your post maybe we all should be doing the Adrienne yoga sessions on the days in between. I am also alcohol free since the 1st Jan so this is parked with Enid too.
Me too. I did yoga regularly but stopped about 2 years ago. Rather a down hill moment. 😞So maybe if now I am back running perhaps Feb 1st should be the start of Yoga!🧘🏼♀️
