When you guys have an anxiety or panic attack, how do you channel it? What do you use to make this moment of lack of control more bearable? I try to calm down, see what parts of my body are being directly affected, I occupy my mind a little with things from my house, if it is too late at night I do some stretching then breathing exercises and some guided meditation, allá that helps a bit, those attacks always hits sometimes harder than others.
I would like to know what you do in those moments.
