Nature meditation link. I posted this on another forum on this site but thought I'd post this link here too.
Hi everyone, Thank you so much for all your posts of support. I have yet to respond to all individually but in the meantime I thought those who did not see this link on the other forum there might like it. https://www.instagram.com/p/B-SWEUbF8dT/?link=200411c-se

Just started Sertraline
I feel utterly useless, I’m mainly working from home and my wife (who has been an absolute godsend) is stuck looking after the kids and running the house as I’m just pretty much sitting panicking and listening to
meditation
vids on YouTube.

How is everyone managing their anxiety?
Also been doing mindfulness/
meditation
which seems to help in the short term. Any other ideas we could all share to help each other out?x

Any help for several anxiety?
I have been using a mindful
meditation
app that I play at night to try and help me get sleepy enough to fall asleep and to try and ease my anxiety, but it's taking me 2+ hours to get to that point.

Overcoming ADD without Meds
Has anyone tried to overcome their ADD without meds, antidepressants and choose to reduce symptoms with a low-carb diet (no preservatives/sugar/junk food etc.) combined with regular exercise,
meditation
& positive affirmations etc.

Having a demanding job on this ivf journey
I do
meditation
, swimming, yoga and acupuncture to decompress. Sometimes I wonder whether work stress could affect the outcome of my ivf treatment. Is anyone in the same situation? Has anyone had successful ivf treatments despite having stressful jobs? Thanks, all! Xx

A quotation for Monday 30th March 2020
I don't know the details myself yet either and will have to wait until the crisis is dealt with, but even with all my years of Mindfulness
meditation
behind me, I still find it difficult to conquer fear. The 'what ifs' of the unknown can overwhelm your thinking.

Diabetes and Jogging
My only concern is my exercise related, as used to jog nearly for 1 hour at a speed of around 9 kmph and moderate walk along with
meditation
for another half an hour in the morning, I have no visibile symptoms of low sugar when I do exercise, and never exhausted, presumably make me bit anxious of hypoglycemia

Panic while Living Alone in These Times (New here)
Mindfulness
meditation
has helped, and I have some clonazepam and cbd but I try not to take the clonies because they are so addictive and have such withdrawal symptoms and in these times its hard to manage it with a professional, esp. since I wasn't seeing anyone prior to COVID.

Insomnia due to medication increase
I’m trying everything I know of to sleep; herbal tea, air diffuser, eye mask, white noise, a sleep medication,
meditation
, reading. Nothing is working. I’m feeling delirious, getting sick and my face and eyes are so swollen and puffy (least worrisome of my symptoms).

Trying to balance what I lose/gain from medication. Meditating to manage Anxiety
Ive been researching/practicing
meditation
off and on to manage anxiety. I guess I'm wondering if anyone else has had some success with meditating when medication wasnt cutting it and what that process has been for them. Oh, I have also done talk therapy for 1.5-2 years.
