Exercise in pregnancy
I was slightly overweight before pregnancy despite

and exercise, I gradually put weight on over the last few years with all the IVF meds and being in and out of cycles for so long... and obviously need to be mindful of appropriate weight gain now.

Doing it right this time ,
healthy

and exercising and doing weight training this time. It is taking longer than normal, I suppose being almost 50 and not starving myself for lack of better words is slowing it down. But when I lose it fast I put it all back on.

Then last couple of weeks, having read articles about
healthy
eating
, I decided to try adding fermented food (kimchi, sauerkraut) to evening meal. Noticeable effect has been on lowering blood glucose, got caught out a couple of times on reaching hypo level without being aware.

I think itās down to diet as weāve not being great with
healthy
eating
grabbing food etc especially when little one was tiny. I mentioned this to the nurse and she sent me for a fit test. I did two samples 1 came back as 10 the other 21 so Iāve been flagged for a colonoscopy.

Buprenorphine
so I took my first dose of Buprenorphine last night. I started with 1 mg,that wasn't enough so I took the other half ( I have the 2 mgs) This stuff is amazing! Not a single jiggle of the legs! I'm going to drop to 1 mg tonight again and see.how that goes. I had to take half.a clonazepam for the,sleep
