What I’m eating on Monday
This evening on Monday, I’m
eating
a
healthy
and scrumptious salad from “Performance Kitchen.” I really love this brand for meals too. It has red and white beans, kale, brown rice and shiitake mushrooms. All in a light and refreshing citrus dressing 😋🥰

Probiotics
Hi all I have been using vsl3 for around 5 years, which I use to get on prescription but now they have stopped that so need to buy them at £40 box of 30. I was taking two sachets a day so that is £80 a month which struggle to afford. My neighbour told me about this probiotic granules as she had UC

No No No No No!!!!
Wow, the food was fantastic and the conversation soon turned to
healthy
eating
and exercise. At that point my husband helpfully mentioned I had started running (a very loose definition of what I was actually achieving at the time).

Is weight loss possible post transplant while on immunosuppressants?
I have been exercising consistently and
eating
healthy
for over 6 weeks now but my weight won’t budge at all. I have read that immunosuppressants can really mess with one’s metabolism and fat burning, and being 49 and likely menopausal probably doesn’t help.

Vegans and high cholesterol.
As a vegan with higher than
healthy
cholesterol,due to
eating
too many new, irresistible, tasty vegan foods flooding the market during lockdown. I’d appreciate any info’ from fellow vegans on which foods to avoid and how to actively lower my cholesterol, without having to use medication.

Sugar Free Challenge - Friday & prep for next week
Meal planning is something I've done for years - it's a helpful tool for
healthy
eating
in general, as well as for budgeting. I sort my meal plan on a Friday ahead of shopping on Saturday, so I can prepare a shopping list. I'll post it all below later today to help.

Sugar Free Challenge 2 - Friday
Meal planning is something I've done for years - it's a helpful tool for
healthy
eating
in general, and it helps me reduce my food waste too. There are no hard and fast rules to meal planning, it depends on your circumstances and general lifestyle.

Upsetting experience with rheumatologist
Had a very upsetting telephone consultation yesterday, well I say consultation! The first thing he said when I answered the call was " I don't know why you are on my call list this morning!? He was very stern and clearly hacked off! He had me on speaker phone so I asked if he could take me off as I'm

I was really
healthy
with exercise and
eating
habits so just carried on. Ever since I feel a slow decline in my health to the point where I don't leave the house for days or weeks due to feeling so bad.

Healthy eating with Acid Reflux, IBS and Gastritis.
What foods should we eat if we are suffering from Acid Reflux, IBS and Gastritis? And what foods should be cut off? I have heard that yoghurt is good for acid reflux but I had it a few days back and guess it's causing a negative effect on my body. I suffered from gas pain during the early morning the

I’ve been working out and eating healthy for months now, and yet I haven’t lost any weight. I take medicines for hypothyroidism regularly.
What could possibly be wrong?

Failed Egg Freezing - low AMH
I had been
eating
so
healthy
for 3 months prior. No alcohol/coffee/sugar/friedfoos etc so I just wanted some comfort food as I dealt with the failure. I decided to go for Round 2. I asked around and apparently doing it back to back has some benefits.

Horizant and Burning Mouth Syndrome
Just when you think you’re getting a break…….so the Horizant is helping my RLS and I’m sleeping ok again finally but lately I noticed some BMS, Burning Mouth Syndrome. I had this before for almost a year due to an allergy to dental metals in my mouth. Three dentists told me it wasn’t possible but when

How many people are over 5 years in Stage 4 Prostate cancer?
Hamburgers french fries,
healthy
salads, healthy soups, prime rib with horseradish and baked potatoes, all kinds of food! When I came down with my cancer January 14, 2014, it has been a downward trip for me over the past nearly 8 years. I think we’re all different.

Tinnitus on both ears with different noises?
Hi all, I wonder if anyone else has a tinnitus that comes and goes in one ear, giving a vibrating noise, almost as if the ear is fluttering/contracting? Mine is very inconsistent and when it comes, I’m completely dependent on brown noise sound machines to cope with it. The right ear gives a soft ringing
