echo results

hi everyone

its been a while since I posted . Just had my follow up echo after 7 months since my HF diagnosis

My first echo showed ejection fraction at around 30. After 7 months on entresto and other heart meds and healthy eating and exercise and multi vitamin supplements my ejection fraction is niw 55 and my bloods are normal.

I see my cardiologist on March 12 and I’m hoping I will be allowed to fly

apparently I am a mystery - don’t know why I got HF - ruled out Takusubo event

anyway I’m quietly getting on with my life and certainly I am feeling a lot better

anyone else had this experience or similar
